Excellent food and service as usual, Would highly recommend to anyone! Can’t wait to go back .
A wonderful experience , delicious food , social distancing without any fuss . Excellent service from Phoebi and her team . In a city where the food and service is so often disappointing, Kanishka is one of the best , the Butter Chicken is outstanding .
Didn’t enjoy the food at all. We were first seated downstairs and I can honestly say that it was like a cafe. No Ambience at all. Save your money. Overrated
Absolutely perfect , delicious food and outstanding service. Now our favourite restaurant
I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience from the moment I walked into the restaurant. The service, the atmosphere, the food was all good We enjoyed every dish we had ordered
Make sure you sit upstairs: the atmosphere downstairs is very different and was quite disappointing. Food very nice, but distracting when the ambience doesn’t match.
Food and service were excellent . Server was very attentive , engaging and knowledgeable. Downstairs room lacked a bit of atmosphere but food more than made up for it
Hidden gem in Mayfair. Incredible service and great food with some real Indian classic dishes. Having a vegan a la Carte menu & halal meat means they’re able to cater for all. Highly recommend it!
This is a very impressive restaurant which was immaculately clean. The staff were exceptional, and service was excellent and not too obtrusive. The meal was probably one of the best I have ever had with soft-shell crab to begin, lamb main course cooked medium and 3 individual sorbets to finish. Only disappointment was the coffee machine was not working so no espresso. I highly recommend this restaurant as it represents value for money.
Excellent service and food! The only downside was that with the front door open the cigarette smoke from outside came in and was unpleasant at the start of the meal. However apart from that it was an excellent experience.
Great food excellent service
We had a 3 course deal. Every course was absolutely delicious! Highly recommend Kanishka.
Lovely atmosphere, amazing food, great service.
very good food and service guinea fowl and mullet especially good and bellini too
Excellent food, really original menu. Charming staff with just the right touch. Will definitely come again and recommend to others
Food was excellent staff attentive and had a enjoyable evening
All of Chefs dishes are stunning so take your pick!
Superb food and an excellent range of choices for an ‘offer’ menu, excellent service, and a delightful experience overall.
We had the set menu(turkey tikka pie/goose/dessert) which was excellent-and having looked at the main menu it is probably one of the most interesting and exciting menus we have seen/tasted in london or elsewhere in the uk.The attention to detail and welcome of all the team was exceptional and the service was both relaxed but extremely efficient. .
While the flavours were really good and food quality was great. I have 2 major complaints 1. we has booked £33 deal ( 4 friends) but while taking the order it was not explained to 2 people that choosing "that" particular dish was extra- its would be great if the person who took the order alerted or explained while in the beginning only I had informed him about the offer that we were taking 2. I took the vegetarian option being one- but he main course was extremely disappointing, and I would say so as being a vegetarian dish we all are well aware of the fact that just 2 pieces of butternut squash can not be a main and filling enough, if you claim yourself to me a Michelin Star Indian restaurant, you would design the veg dish more efficiently!! 3. I have booked it for my Husbands birthday on - Table for 3 on Saturday, 14 December 2019 at 21:30 Name: Shaily Tyagi . and I am now cancelling it as our family is vegetarian and I find the veg option extremely poor as dinner!!! I had booked Kanishka with a lot of confidence as I saw Atul Kochhar's name but disappointed with the standard and poor performance of the vegetarian food.
