2/10Rude, inappropriate staff. Waited a long time for the order to be taken and you have to get your own knife, fork and sauce. Exactly what we were expecting. Would I go again? YES!!! Definitely

8.5/10Was laughing from start to finish, staff were very good in their roles. All the things that were bad were to be expected in a place advertising bad service, manners and staff. Would recommend to others for the fun of it. Was banter!!!

8.5/10I didn’t tell my wife and kids (late teens) where we were going because I knew they would say no, so there was some nervousness when we arrived but I think the staff read their tension so didn’t ’go too hard’ on them (too rude) so it was just enough to give them a taste of Karen’s dinner without them wanting to walk out. The food is a 10 out 10 for taste (so much that on the way home my daughter said she’d actually consider going back for the food!!!

6/10The atmosphere was disappointing, although the staff engaged well with the clients When we arrived there was plenty going on but it all fizzled out as customers left. We were surprised the venue wasn't busy on a Saturday night so close to Christmas.

9/10It was slightly understaff but despite this they were great and knew what they were doing and worked well as team but if it was any busier they really needed more staff. The Karens were entertaining and funny and it was a good nigh out for a laugh.

6.5/10The atmosphere was great, the few interactions we had were funny and the food was okay but lacked flavour. That didn’t matter though since the experience is what most people are there for.
