So today we had our dinner here for the third time with high hopes but unfortunately Food was not upto the mark may be because of the weekend as it was busy. We ordered Mushroom chilli garlic with Tandoori phool and Berrilicios and passion fruit drink. The berrilicious drink was nt great where we asked waiter to please change it and they politely changed. We ordered Paneer tikka masala which was bland nothing like tikka masala and Dal makhini was sweet . And whn i booked my place for 3 ppl , i specifically mentioned when we order our dessert pls write birthday message but They got chocolate cake without asking which Dessert we prefer as we r vegetarian we dnt eat cake with eggs . When I asked them they said cake slice is with egg, i said sorry we wont have it and they charge for this as well so overall we paid £80 for this experience not worth it…

The food tastes delicious. Each dish was unique and the same sauces weren't used to make the dishes so we were very pleased about that. Service could have been a little better, but it was quick. It would take sometime to get waiters attention. But overall excellent. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family and I can't wait to come back again to try the food.

9.5/10We always go for the Lollypop chicken, Chili Paneer, butter chicken, Okra fries and Mogo too. Although these dishes are exceptional I must say i was disappointed in the portion size of the Amritsari Fish, I've seen more fish on a fish finger and the Saag Chicken wasn't authentic saag you would get at home. Overall it's a little on the pricey side so i personally wouldn't be able to afford going regularly however, good flavored food, good service and always accommodating.

6/10We had ordered a few drinks and starters. All the drinks and starters were good but I felt that the crispy mogo starter was quite hard to bite. Mogo I have eaten in other places has tasted better.

5.5/10The seating was directly in front of the air conditioning system. Once food was served they never came back to clear the table or offer deserts. It’s only after we had been waiting for some time and asked for the bill the table got cleared. It was a disappointing service unlike their delivery service which is great.

+1The food and ambience were very good, the service was rather slow, but I was very let down as I had 1000 Yums=£20.00 but this was not honoured by The Karma Lounge even though I booked as per instructions and told them as soon as we sat down to order the food. If the Fork promise these perks then in my opinion they should be honoured, so I felt let down by The Fork.

10/10It was our first visit at this restaurant. The ambiance was warm, pleasant and welcoming. Vishal, the owner, made sure the entire experience was worth remembering. The food was excellent. The Chef (Atul) made food exactly as per our specifications and it was absolutely delicious. The service was brilliant. We were served by Raj and he ensured everything was perfect. The team at Karma made sure we were well looked after and everything was as per our requirement. This place is a brilliant find.

2/10we were served cold food. Te portions were inconsistent. The manager couldn't care less and was not bothered to resolve any issues. Perhaps he is in the wrong profession as he his body language was not appropriate for this profession. The diet coke was flat but instead of replacing he argued with us. When we asked for the bill there was a post mortem an investigation involving close scrutiny of the discount agreed with FORK. pretty pathetic and demeaning experience

7.5/10The food was very tasty although the portions were a little smaller than we were expecting - particularly for the rice. The general service was OK and food did not take too long to come out. The issue we had was, on asking for the bill, they tried to not honour the discount that we had booked through The Fork app, saying it has been applied by mistake and that they didn't sign up for it. I don't believe that for a second. They now only offer a 30% discount (which is what they tried to offer us) but we had booked when a 50% discount was available and this is what was on the booking confirmation. No mention of this was made at all - they just brought an incorrect bill and hoped we wouldn't notice. We were just having a conversation about wanting to come back to the restaurant, right before this 'dispute' happened. It took us threatening to not pay the bill until one with the correct discount on was brought for them to honour the deal to which they had previously agreed. Very disappointing end to an otherwise good meal - as a result, we will not be going back. Disgraceful attempt by poor management to try and scam money from customers.

This restaurant was a last-minute find, and we were very pleased. The staff were super friendly, sorting out a discount booking that we had inadvertently made for the wrong night, and very attentive but not overbearing during the meal. The restaurant had many families, giving it a friendly feel. Food was fabulous, a good variety, and very tasty, well condimented.
