I possibly had the best fried calamari ever in London: crispy on the outside and tender and juicy on the inside. Simply to die for. It came in a good portion size, accompanied by garlic mayonnaise served in a scallop shell. Then came the paella Valenciana. It wasn’t cheap, but the portion size and quality were worthy of the price, with the rice cooked to perfection and just a hint of char underneath. The staff is very friendly and clearly Spanish, considering I spoke with them in Italian the entire time. It’s a small café, nothing pretentious. If you’re after great food and an Estrella Galicia or two, I highly recommend it.

Great staff. Music a bit loud but didn't really affect the taste of the food. Staff happy to turn this down. Good pace of arrival of each dish. The food? I haven't had tapas as excellent as that in a very long time. Thank you Centro!
