booked the table at 8pm. We ordered food earlier than the next table but their food arrived much earlier than us. We were like abandoned for long till first dish arrived at 9:08pm. Also they didn't mention what is excluded from the 50% off till we ordered. Actually was told 15mins later.

Awful. We were asked abruptly if we had ordered when we hadn’t even been given any menus. Staff unfriendly did not show any hospitality, check on us or ask how everything was. We waited 50mins for mains, only 1 dish come to the table after having ordered 2. We told a staff member, also explaining having waited so long we would just share this 1 dish. He insisted on bringing the second dish free of charge anyway. We did not ask for this. Pad thai was poor & tasteless therefore not eaten. We asked for discretionary service charge to be removed. How owner responded was shockingly disgraceful, and unprofessional. He didn’t introduce himself just began raising his voice and pushing aggressively that we should pay the discretionary service charge. We explained calmly & respectfully our reasons but his response was alarming & unnervingly aggressive over-talking and not listening. Very uncomfortable for us and other customers. He was unprofessional, dismissive, defiant & argumentative. AVOID
