4.5/10Hectic is not the word. I appreciate Saturday afternoon was not the most sensible time to come but my lad really wanted to come for his birthday. What I hadn’t appreciated was the sheer number of ppl following the cats around, leaning over you whilst you were trying to drink your cuppa to pet a cat, taking photos over your head. The poor cats were clearly just trying to find quiet spots to be left alone - no chance of that - people clearly ignore the rules about leaving sleeping cats alone. I also hadn’t appreciated it would cost me £20 just to enter and then food and drinks on top - for one hour. If you want to visit, choose a time when all the kids are in school in the middle of a Monday or something - avoid Saturday like the plague. Not for me.

10/10The staff were very friendly,the cats looked well looked after.never been to a cat café,I would go again.Have told friends about it who are planning a visit.the cafe was lovely,the cats had plenty of space to play and hide

10/10We love that the cats are able to be where they want to be, that the Kitty cafe is a re- homing centre, the staff are very friendly. The service is quick and the food is lovely. We travel from North Devon to come visit and when we are here we book to come in everyday. Yesterday was my adult daughters birthday, we travelled up because this was what she wanted to do!!

3/10Only given an hour for the table, but the food took 40 minutes to come out and was definitely below par when it did arrive! Not actually many cats to interact with, children left very dissapointed

10/10We had a wonderful time at the Kitty Cafe with our eldest granddaughter. She loved every minute playing with the cats & kittens. The food & service was excellent We will definitely be visiting again soon

3/10When we arrived there was a big list of food items that were not available. We were seated which was nice on sofas with lots of space around. We ordered food which then took 45 minutes to arrive which for fries and chicken nuggets is not okay. When the fries arrived they were burnt. By then we had had enough and wanted to get out. I would not pay £8 an adult or £6 for children there was 5 of us and it was hugely disappointing.

10/10+1Best experience! Such a lovely and perfect place to relax surrounded by cats. Unfortunately, the only bad thing is that parents don’t take care of their children. This is not a play place for kids and let them running around after cats. Cats are not toys! Overall, good experience!

3.5/10The cats were very stressed. Very loud little kids run to the cats. All people ignored the rules. If you love cats, don´t go to this place! There would need to be an age restriction for this place. The food was okay, but we don't get the sandwiches we paid for.

7.5/10They changed the system - you pay £8 at the entrance for 1 hr - they no longer accept American Express (disappointed...) Now you pay at the point of order not before you leave the venue - which I think good idea :-)

10/10I love this place, go about once a year, took 4 year old grand daughter this time and she loved it but then again she knows how to treat cats at home. Promised to take her again when school holidays are here. Thank you for a lovely experience.

7.5/10Lovely place, lovely staff, lovely cats. Menu is much improved but putting mayonnaise in toasties (the main deal option) is not great - though to be fair, it did state it clearly and it was my choice to order it still. It means you can choose to have it as a sandwich or as a toastie, but the toastie ends up as literally a toasted sandwich (same filling) with cheese melted on the top; would be far better if tweaked for toastie option. To be clear, everything else was great; meant only as feedback as would never order a toastie with mayo again 😅.

6/10This was my second visit and I was very disappointed. The staff were very just matter of fact and not particularly friendly. The meal deal looked a good offer, but all the toasties came with mayo which my friend couldn't have, so she had to opt for the regular menu which cost an extra £4 compared to the meal deal. we waited for cutlery then had to get up and ask. One of the knives were dirty but by this time we just put it to the side. I visited the toilet which was also dirty. no sign of last clean. An expensive poor experience 😢

8/10I have got a mixed review - overall it is good but still feel sorry for cats being chased constantly by kids (I m sure they don't mean to stress the cats - but I just felt it was getting a bit too much .... ) It would be nice to have a cat pic and name on each table - this will encourage people to bond better with cats and increase a better chance of finding a good forever home x

8/10I wanted to give it a try after a good review from friends. It was quite a good experience- staff are very helpful and try their best to make the whole experience worthwhile. Only matter was, other customers - particularly ones with children .... They were coming over jumping on the sofa where I sit while I was eating and their parents didn't even stop them for whole 30 minutes. Cats were running around as they didn't want to be chased after by kids. I just wish that they have a little stricter rule for not stressing out cats and respect to other customers space. Otherwise, the whole experience was good. After all kids left the place, a cat came over and settled on my lap. I bet cat was thinking just the same as what I was thinking..... Having said that, it is a great place to take kids too - but they have to understand that the more they chase after the cats, the more cats will run away from them.... Next time I will book the time when they are less busy and most quiet

8.5/10Food was good, staff were helpful. Felt a little sorry for all the cats with so many children chasing round after them. Every time a cat came near, it was closely followed by a kid at high-speed! Best place to find a cat for a stroke is on the way to the toilets. The cats do, however, have a great number of toys, beds and scratching posts - some high up to allow the cats to escape!

10/10We were given a very warm welcome and staff kept us updated until we were seated. There was a very good menu choice and lots of cats but not overwhelming to our young visitor who was apprehensive on arrival. There is no cat smell and the cats are very entertaining. It's a brightly-decorated space...interesting and quirky. Highly recommended.

4.5/10Overall experience was great for the kids. Customer service was okay, but the food, quality and food quantity and food temperature and all aspect of food was very very bad. Despite telling the lady the food wasn’t good. We were told I will speak to the manager and nothing further was done, really disappointed in that aspect and it has letdown experience.
