My and my daughter loved our visit to the cafe today can’t wait to come. The food was amazing and all the staff were so friendly And all the cats were so cute
The staff were really nice and the food was really good . The only problem was that you are only given an hour and it wasn’t really long enough . By the time food was ordered and cooked we had to rush our food and I saw a few people didn’t have time to finish their food . Bookings really should be at least an hour and a half especially for the money you pay for the table .
Beautiful and adorable cats who are always ready to get pet. Wonderful atmosphere and super friendly staff. The food is really good as well and not too expensive. I love the fact that you can buy merch too. :)
The idea of the Kitty Cafe is great and my daughters thoroughly enjoyed the experience. However, the food is hideously over priced for what you get! The pizzas we're ok, no complaints about those. Sadly the 'thick' milkshakes were just glasses of flavoured thin and runny milk (apparently they are pre-made and supplied as such according to our waitress) and the cakes tasted like 'fakes' with terribly sweetened fondant cream and although they look the part, they certainly do not taste like freshly baked cakes. Added to the 'welfare charge' that you pay before you even enter (again, not complaining about that as it was made clear beforehand) the 1 hour booking for 2 adults and 2 children came to £72! We regularly eat out and I don't mind paying decent money for decent food, but I was left very disappointed by the food here. On a positive note, the staff are very efficient and attentive. They take excellent care of the resident cats and my daughter really enjoyed her birthday treat - especially when a cat chose her lap to take a nap on! But I won't be tempted to return, purely due to the over priced poor quality food.
Great time, my daughter loved it. Unique and enjoyable. Staff were super friendly and all the Covid stuff was in place so felt really safe. Food was ok but the uniqueness and atmosphere more than made up for it - will definitely be going back
Lovely cafe for cat lovers. Food is great quality and you're surrounded by cats (obviously can't guarantee they'll come up to you). Very comfortable surroundings, good service and great staff.
It was clear that the cafe were short staffed, and unable to cope with the volume of customers. There was little in the way of policing the many people breaching social distance requirements when inside. Also, people eating, stroking cats, and the cats then moving on to another table? Risk of transmission?! We weren’t comfortable... Aside from this, the service (although lovely!) was slow, and the food/drinks cold.
Cat lovers can't fail to love a visit here - the cakes are good too ???? If you can, pick a time when there are likely to be fewer children around as the cats can be timid.
A lovely place to relax, really friendly and helpful staff and really cute cats and kittens and its nice that our visit helps with the upkeep of the animals
Due to covid 19 .my thoughts were that the cafe wasn't its usual bubbly bright atmosphere. The staff were friendly helpful and welcoming. Sadly the felines where not, most where either asleep or not on the cafe floor and it was not the same as previous visits. I am aware of the difficulty current circumstances and having previous knowledge that this is usually a vibrant hive of activity but it just seemed a little dull and different today The food and service levels were excellent and I would love to return again in the future
Came for my fiancé’s birthday and we will be back again! Literally loved it
The pizza was soggy and undercooked. The service was slow, but it was a Saturday. I had a milkshake that tasted weak. The cats were nice, but I think they should focus more on getting a good chef.
We always have a lovely time my nephew is autistic and loves coming to kitty cafe the staff were and are always so accommodating if available he likes to sit in the same place well done kitty cafe for being fab x
Food was ok.. it would have been nice if we were told that a side of coleslaw came with the wraps so that we didn’t order the side if coleslaw as part of the meal deal, we could’ve got wedges instead. We did get an extra portion of wedges which came flat cold. Also, our whole order was wrong so we were told at 13:30 they had messed up and would bring it out ASAP, it was brought out at 13:45 and within minutes another member of staff came over telling us we had 15mins left if our booking despite the fact we had just got our food due to their error. Also would’ve been nice if the welfare fee wasn’t in tiny little writing on the website so we showed up and straight away needed to pay £24..
Didn’t seem to be as many cats as last year. Expensive experience for one hour when you go as a family of five.
Very relaxing atmosphere friendly staff and the cats were so well behaved our food was great and not over priced we would definitely come again
Very pleasant visit. place is clean ,staff very helpful and food amazing ,kitties are the best though ??
What a great experience at the Leeds kitty cafe. It was a birthday treat on a Sunday at 2 pm. It was very busy but we were seated quickly and loved every minute. Lots of cute kitties to see. And a tasty cake and a brew. I even got the little kitten ‘sue’ sitting on my knee !
The food is lovely and the staff are friendly and helpful.
I didn’t feel 60 minutes was long enough to enjoy lunch and the cats for the amount you pay. We were served lunch and didn’t get chance to think about ordering pudding before we were asked to make our way out
