10/10Being with my friend, but I met 2 cats Paul and Sox who were extra beautiful. Paul is a character i took to him instantly. All the furbabys are special in own way. Also met a lovely young lady who was very helpful and informative, she let me have picture taken together A magical day definitely will be back in summer. Thank you 😊

7/10I took my daughter because she wanted to go. It was a bit of a shock to have to pay £8 per adult and £6 per child just to even enter. I was expecting an inflated food and drink price but I wasn’t expecting £14 for a rushed food experience. We got our final food items about 2 minutes before we had our 10 minutes to leave warning. I understand the time slot thing but it felt very rushed. Each to their own, I suppose I’m not a massive cat fan so it seemed a bit excessive. It may seem less excessive if you’re a cat fan 🤷♀️.

5.5/10It was a lovely place to take children and see cats beautifully cared for. The food choices were poor quality, expensive and not eaten. I wanted a cheese toastie, but only ham and cheese was available - the server said 'just take the ham off'. This is unacceptable for vegetarians and adds to food waste

10/10Was a lovely visit with my granddaughter who’s 15 yrs .. the only thing i noticed was there was groups of younger children maybe 4/5 who were running around scaring cats away .. so they were hiding ..maybe have smaller groups of younger children they were being spoken too by staff but then just doing the same thing ..other than that was a pleasant visit x

6.5/10The novelty of being surrounded by cats keeps everyone happy. The food was pretty basic which is fine but it makes the hour visit an expensive one. The staff were very patient, juggling food, children and of course cats, so hats off to them!

10/10Cats very friendly. My Granddaughter enjoyed the quiz sheets. Pepperoni pizza excellent. Lovely pot of tea. Fabulous milkshake.

6/10Lovely to have afternoon tea with all the cats about and to see them enjoying themselves. The food was very basic,lacking in quantity and not very good value for money. Seeing the cats having fun made up for it.

7.5/10While the food was expensive and just "okay," the staff were lovely and the ambiance was amazing. We would definitely go back, but not rely on it being our meal. It's worth noting that before we were ushered to a table, we were charged some fee I didn't understand. Altogether it was expensive, but our daughter absolutely loved it.

5/10The food was sub standard at best and I took a toddler, which then found out that they couldnt deviate (at all) from the set menu. So was forced to order too much food (just wanted a plain cheese sandwich) which meant it was costly. Overpriced for what it was. The service was terrible. Half way through feeding said toddler his lunch, the waitress plonked the cakes down in front of us. Like, thanks for that. Not sure I'd go there again. Could have been a great experience and I'm all for what theyre doing but dont be a cafe if you can't manage it/offer good food/have good service. Its not acceptable.

8/10The food and drinks were lovely however ruined by service! We had only been sat down for what felt like 2 minutes when asked what we wanted, needed more time as I was trying to feed my baby first but they came back only a minute or so later! Once we ordered they forgot my friends food, I asked a waitress to check on it and then 10 minutes later had to go and ask the manager to check on it again before we finally got it. Also they do not have baby changing area which would have been nice to know as I put in the booking that we were bringing a baby with us. The ambience is ruined by children chasing the poor cats who are clearly trying to get away from them

9/10The food were very good and the staff were nice. I enjoyed seeing the cats. The down side of this cafe is that because it is so big and it can accommodate so many customers, the cats seem to get a bit tired of all the attention. I went on a Sunday though. Maybe it was just because it was a busy day.

10/10I took my mother as a surprise and we had a great time. Sadly she did not get a cat to sit on her knee but we think they were a bit spooked by a few children. I plan to go again but will avoid school holiday. Mum said it was the best sandwich she had had for a long time, clearly so did one of the cats which tried to steal her chicken !

6/10Service was excellent. Staff were excellent. Carts were excellent. Food was not up to the usual caliber we have experienced before when we have eaten here. I ordered a ciabatta and got bread sandwich! My son ordered an egg mayo on fluffy white, but it wasn't fluffy or white and it had seeds in! The pizza was good, but not the same as before.

2/10very disappointing and would not recommend unless you are obsessed with cats. The place is very worn, not very modern at all and unclean, extremely dated. the cats are certainly not pet friendly which is bizarre considering the environment of the place. Very expensive for a entry fee, appreciate the fee is for the well-being of the cats, which i dont begrudge, i do begrudge getting scratched. Terrible, would not go back.

7/10Felt that the place wasn’t quite the same as it used to be.Quite disappointing really and no dedicated children’s menu so youngsters are expected to have full sized drinks and meals which of course are more expensive.Also as it’s now card only,children who have cash to spend on souvenirs are disappointed.Really there are several areas that need revisiting since the rebranding etc.My wife and I have visited this establishment on many occasions with our grandchildren and friends so really how I feel now can be justified.Will I visit again? The jury is out..sorry.

3.5/10Went with my daughter (and a friend and her daughter too) for her 10th birthday as she loves cats. Wrote on the booking it was her birthday and would have been nice for them to make it a little special for her, but didn't even wish her a happy birthday. Ordered food and drinks, waited a long time, friends daughters pizza turned up which was mostly tomato sauce. She had almost finished her pizza by the time her mum's food arrived. They had finished their food by the time mine and my daughter's turned up, which were southern fried chicken and halloumi wraps. Cold, tasteless, and not worth the money. The waitress who served us was so eager to keep clearing our table after each of us finished our food. No chance of getting pudding as the menus were gone. My daughter enjoyed the cats nonetheless. Just intended it to be more of a special day for her.

2/10We booked the kitty cafe in advance for my mums birthday treat. On arrival we paid a fee of £14 and had no explanation on what this was for we googled whilst we were there and found out it was for the cat welfare which is fine however to have no explanation as to why was actually quite rude. We were made aware we had an hours slot and we’re show to our table. After 5 minutes our order was taken and we were told we could roam around. If it wasn’t bad enough that a child around ages 7 threw a ball at a cat and it then bit my mum! (We don’t expect you to take responsibility for someone else’s child and appreciate the cat would have been scared) however we paid for the welfare but nobody was ensuring this was delivered. We then received our drinks after 40 minutes meaning we only had 20 minutes and no food had arrived. It wasn’t busy and after a further 15 minutes we went to ask how long the food would be as our slot was up in 5 mins. We were told by the manager that she would go and check and she came over to tell us part of our order was ready the other would be a few minutes. We explained that we had a 10 month old baby with us and we had booked you specifically knowing we had an hours slot because any longer and he’d become agitated so if the order was not out in 5 minutes we’d need a refund. She reassured us it would be. 15 minutes again passed and we watched numerous people ask for refunds the service really was not great and no one was told a wait on food. We decided after an hour and 20 minutes to ask for a refund we were told 20 minutes earlier that part of our order was ready so I’m not sure if there were planning on serving one of the hot meals cold or just at poor quality. We were really disappointed with our visit and did get a refund on the food however I really don’t feel that’s good enough. There was no apology, no information on a food or drink wait, the cats welfare clearly was not being put first and overall not only are we disappointed but actually sad with our visit.

5.5/10Let's be real. No one is going to go there for the food, but I was hoping for a little better. The cats were adorable, but really it's ran by teenagers so just keep your expectations in check. Food was barely palatable. We left most of it. And the teenager lack of experience and knowledge was disappointing. But, we did enjoy the cats and that was the point!
