8/10I visited Kitty Hawk before Christmas and it was perfect; food, staff and ambience. My most recent visit was disappointing. Kids running around and loads of football fans having a beer fueled session. It's a shame they picked the restaurant for their session as it really took away from the previous gentle ambience. Not to mention the two wannabe influencers that were at the table beside us. Horrendous.

staff is good. there is a good DJ but unfortunately the food is not great. I saw some reviews about it but I thought I gave it a try because of the discount and it was really disappointing. I had the tartare and it was chewy, my boyfriend had the waygu burger and it was overcooked, we also ordered fries and there were undercooked. so overall go for drinks not for food...

We booked Kitty Hawk before visiting the theatre. The pre-theatre menu was great. My gf has a burger and fries, I had the fish and it was great! The views of LDN really added to the experience.

Food was good but not great, if it weren’t for the discount I wouldn’t have ordered them. Out of all of them the tortellini was the best, but it still has room to improve. Service was okay as one of the staff members tried their best to help us with the wobbly table by balancing it with napkins. However, half the time, when we wanted help e.g. get a refill on water, it would take at least 5 minutes for a waiter to notice, which was a bit too long given that the restaurant was only half full. Either way, their attitude was alright. Ambience was initially alright, with a fun, chill atmosphere. However, there was a few reunions and a birthday party so volume was a bit too loud as I couldn’t even talk to friends. Music was a bit too loud as well, but once they left it was more bearable. Staff should’ve asked them to watch their volume perhaps.

7.5/10We loved the venue and the ambience, although it took us a little while to find it. We booked the pre-theatre menu which was good value and was served in a timely manner. The prawns were a tiny bit greasy and the monkfish a little dry, but the flavours were good and the portions adequate. Lovely friendly service with regular Prosecco top-ups. What's not to like?

9/10A hidden gem in the heart of London, overlooking the museums, churches and squares. I love the window sided seats and the decor and lightings, providing a lovely ambiance for candlelight dinners or friend gatherings. Good food and great service. What more to ask for!

8/10Overall, we had a decent time, but a couple things could have been improved: 1. I called ahead and staff told me iI would be able to switch to the pre theater menu upon arrival, as I wanted to party to see the menu before we decided to switch, but was told this was not possible by staff once I arrived. If I had known, I would have selected pre theatre in advance. Although I understand the most of the items were in the regular dinner menu, so it wasn’t the end of the world. 2. Two people in our party ordered the braised ribs, and the cabbage in the dish was quite inedible. The spices used were very overpowering and both of my friends could not eat them. We were in a hurry to see a show so we didn’t say anything at the time, but thought the team would like to know.

5.5/10First of all, its really noisy. People need to almost yell to be understood at their table and they do. The food was ok-ish, bit too salty and the coke watered down too much. Ambiance is great, location is great so it clearly has potential if the noise would be down. Probably more a place for a night out in a bar than a dinner

6.5/10Lovely restaurant. fabulous location. The outside terrace had spectacular views across London the buzz and atmosphere in the restaurant was amazing. However the food was dreadful. We had pre theatre set menu. This was a tiny wagu burger and sticky toffee pudding. The burger was sickly and with a strange taste. I left most of it. There was no side salad or chips. We paid an extra £6 for chips. The chips were fine. The sticky toffee sponge had no taste and the sauce just tasted like suger. The sponge started going hard as it cooled. It had been over microwaved. Drinks over prized £60 for a bottle of cheap prosecco. I was so disappointed as on arrival I loved the restaurant.

10/10Everything made the visit memorable. The food was superb really tasty quite unusual combinations the wine was excellent. The service was super and the ambience was perfect not too noisy so we could actually hear each other speak. we are definitely going back. It is also quite a find in an area for of restaurants with theatre menus that really are not that good. This was fine dining.

I had an excellent dining experience! The beef ribs were tender and flavorful, the oysters fresh and briny, and the prawns perfectly cooked. The customer service was incredibly attentive, making the entire meal even more enjoyable. Great food and outstanding service—I highly recommend it!

2/10I made a reservation for lunch at the restaurant based on their recommended availability and menu options. I selected the “Fork” option, which is only valid with the a la carte menu. However, upon arrival, we were informed that we were required to select the preset menu and could not utilize the a la carte options. This restriction also rendered the “Fork” offer invalid, which was the primary reason for our reservation to try this new place. So, we left immediately, feeling that we had been deceived.

Our lunch was lovely. Well presented and prepared perfectly. The tuna superb. The staff were extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. We went for late lunch, we’ll go again as I imagine that the atmosphere and views at night might be quite special .

9/10Excellent setting, very good decor and some good views from this 6th floor restaurant. Food was very good and with 50% off excellent value, service was exceptional especially from the Taiwanese waitress. The restaurant lacked a buzz as it was very quiet and not many diners but certainly has potential and will be a fantastic spring/summer venue.

2.5/10Incredibly slow service. We booked pre-theatre menu but had to skip dessert as there was no time for it despite we told them in advance we had to leave at a certain time for our show. Food was fair. Really did not enjoy the starter (a cold piece of squash topped with cold goat cheese - not goat cheese foam as per the menu - with no taste, dressing or anything) while my cod was good. Burger comes with absolutely no sides, so be mindful of that. Food price was £30 for the menu, and I don’t understand how we ended paying £85 with just water and 1 glass of wine for 2 people. Nice location, good ambience but will not go again, unless to have just a quick drink on the terrace

2/10Nothing went well. What is a Gin Fizz, the wine came before the drinks, the starter came before the drinks, music was so loud that the waitrise had hearing problems, and when we explained to the fourth waiter that we wanted the drinks first we gave up and went. A bissarre place.

6/10Reception was professional and welcoming, waiting staff behaved indifferently, but meeting minimum requirements. Food was ok, there’s room for improvement. Steak tartar had chunky pieces of meat that could have been chopped smaller and the lamb served had a nerve in it.
