L’assiette sur la place is a truly wonderful restaurant! We were a bit late to our reservation because of an Uber car accident, and were so worried that the restaurant would cancel our reservation, but they were so accommodating and concerned! The food was absolutely delicious and the environment was perfect.
I had a fantastic Magret de Canard, was really well cooked and so tasty. Unfortunately the gratin dauphinois that came with it was so-so taste and presentation wise. The kids enjoyed their Gnocchis and the service was wonderful. I would like to note that they were open to having us at 14:20 - we had reserved at 14:00 and called to let them know. This is very nice especially knowing that French restaurants take cuisine closing time very seriously. So we thought that was a nice gesture and speaks to how kind they were.
