Restaurant was very full as this was a very pleasant summer evening, but service was efficient and fast. Good choice of dishes on the menu. Excellent presentation and very tasty food. The childrens’ play area right next to the outdoor eating area was much appreciated by our grandson.

The restaurant is located right on the lake front with a small children's playground on site, absolutely great for family with small kids!

Food was good quality and service was quick, price average. We tried the burger and Caesar salad both good. Didn’t have room for a dessert so just finished with a coffee. Ideal for families, there is and a playground just adjacent to the outside tables. We’ll be back with our grandson.

Great location and good food. A lot of seats at the lakeside and consequently a very nice view on lake Neufchâtel. We were here in July and I think it is primarily a summer place, seating inside is limited. The service was “ok”, I.e. friendly but not too attentive (we had to signal ourselves when we wanted something) and not super fast. To be fair the place was full and they only had two waiters. Food quality is good but portions are on the smaller side, also the place is not cheap (but normal for Neufchâtel area). But given the Ambiente and view we had a great evening. We would come back mainly for ambience and the view.

We had l’Optimist burger and carpaccio boeuf. Excellent choices, the servers were very attentive although the restaurant was very full. We both had the café gourmand to finish, delicious. We’ll certainly be back and would recommend.

We had an apéro plateau with chips, which was delicious and very reasonably priced. We finished off with coffees. A really nice family restaurant. We will certainly return when the full menu is up and running.
