6.5/10Unfortunately at the very start of our meal a waiter spilt a drink all over the back of my head and back. It obviously wasn’t intentional and I was given an additional napkin I thought perhaps a bottle of wine to the table for free might have been a nice gesture but nothing happened which I felt was poor especially from the head waiter.

6/10We ordered two medium rare t bone steaks. Steaks came out well done and we rejected it. We said we were happy to wait another 40minutes for them to cook new ones. Waiter came back out with the well done steak cut up into pieces, asking us to try it first, basically forcing us to accept it. Upon compromise, we accepted one of the well done steaks while they cooked a new steak. Restaurant gave us truffle fries as an apology. However, these fries were included in the total bill and we had to ask for them to be removed. Overall a disappointing experience. It’s a shame because the food was generally quite good.

8.5/10Even with a reservation and a request for quiet spot where feasible, we were going to be seated right by the entrance (noisy with people waiting to be seated). It was resolved when the guests guided the staff to problem solve.

10/10A small restaurant we had not visited before. We had an excellent salade Nicoise and an excellent fish dish. We would very much like to go there again when in London.

10/10My favourite restaurant for small occasions. The price/quality is the best I know. We had dinner for two, celebrating my birthday without our regular noisy group of friends. The food was amazing. I would call it something close to fine dining, but normal size and understandable ingredients :) Service was great. Sokol

8/10The service from Mihaela was exceptional. She was charming and kind. Hence the 8. I would give her alone 10+++. The restaurant is beautiful. I ordered the cheeseburger. To be fair I was told they only do it well done. I still ordered it. It was the worst burger I’ve ever had. the bread was falling apart the bacon was hard and the burger was so overcooked it was hard and dry. I couldn’t finish it. I hate wasting food but… the fries were good as was the namelaka. I saw the dishes the other diners had and they looked much better. Mihaela is a gem!

10/10+4The dining experience was nothing short of exceptional, from the exquisitely prepared lamb loin to the flawlessly cooked seabass. Our guests were thoroughly impressed by the delightful ambience and the inviting environment. The staff went above and beyond, providing thoughtful and accommodating service that made our visit truly memorable. This is a venue we wholeheartedly recommend and can't wait to return to soon

10/10We had a wonderful and relaxed Christmas Day lunch. The staff was attentive, engaging, and of being busy did not make us wait nor feel rushed. This was one of the top dining experiences we have ever had.

7.5/10Lovely setting. Would be great for special occasion dinner. Food quality was very good, but quite expensive for what we got. Service was inattentive and slow, even after we made it clear we were going on to the theatre. Ended up rushing the main course On top of that they added in a 15% service charge to the bill. We were now running late and so decided not to argue this. Disappointed.

3.5/10Tables are so small you bang your knees on them. Waited 25 minutes just to get a drink even though it wasn’t busy. Ask for a bottle of water, it didn’t come. Starters were delicious, but then waited 50 minutes for the main course. And asked again for a bottle of water. It didn’t come. Asked for ketchup to go with the fish and chips. And asked if we could order more wine. We finished our meal without ketchup or wine (or water). Despite having to get up and walk over to ask for service. They brought the bill over - with two bottles of water!

8/10When my boss got to the restaurant she was told there was no booking. So please can someone look into this as she then called me. I sent the confirmation email and she showed it to the team and they said they were baffled. It now means I will have to call to check every time my boss has breakfast there which will be tedious to say the least.

9.5/10Our meal started with an amuse-bouche and original cocktails. Both were delicious. We shared the roast chicken dinner. It was delicious and enough for 3! The service was good too. There was a DJ playing music. I would have preferred if the music wasn't as loud.

7.5/10Good menu choices Disappointing tuna tartaric with no wasabi soy dressing and my partner's steak tartare had no egg yolk. Chairs were too low and the background music was intrusive. Service was reasonably adequate This was too expensive and doesn't compare with high quality restaurants such as Le Gavroche

6/10Food is awfully bad and very expensive for the taste. One of the worst quality of taste in London. However, dining room is awesome and staff are very nice and attentive. They should change their chef immediately to reborn their reputation.

10/10Was there for a business meeting. Very good space and whilst busy still had that element of privacy. One of us had the steak tartare and was described by a Frenchman as the best he had ever seen!!! In fact all the meals were superb. The service was appropriate to the occasion.
