10/10Had a lovely pre-theatre dinner here. Booked through The Fork and received 50% off our foods. All our food was good and my daughter and I had fab mojitos. The service was great and the waitresses were friendly and efficient .Very tastefully decorated inside with discrete fairy lights and foliage.

We usually go to L’Ulivo on the Strand, which we love, but Leicester Square was more convenient tonight. Elena, served us and the Calzone was enormous, and tasty, I couldn’t eat it all

3.5/10Tourist trap—avoid! What was I thinking when booking this? The fried seafood starter was cheap, frozen, and rubbery. The mains? Microwaved pasta and a pizza with a frozen base. The worst part? We were given wet towels for our fingers, and they were rotten—smelled awful. When we told the server, she shrugged and said, "Not my fault." No apology. The manager was apologetic and offered a drink, but when the server saw us talking to the manager she came back and doubled down. Talk about being uncomfortable. We were not blaming them, we just wanted them to be aware of it. Go at your own risk!

10/10The company I was with, the food and wine, all with excellent service (even when one of my friends was a bit demanding at times, which was met with the moist courteous smile and help!). Thank you to the team that looked after us that evening, just perfect in my opinion.

7/10I choose the restaurant based on the reviews. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. We both ordered the “pre set” menu. The starters were good, but the pasta was weak in eye appeal and flavor. The only color in the pasta was green. The house red wine was also weak in flavor. The service was ok, after the plates were clear, none of the three servers came back to the table to inquire if we would like anything else. We had leave the table to ask for coffee.

6/10It was not unpleasant and reasonably priced food but plastic flowers and plants throughout. The menu I am sorry to say is not exciting. Better more interesting pizza toppings and more authentic fish dishes like sea bass would be nice. Unexciting salads on offer though fresh. To be honest disappointing. It feels like not much thought has gone into developing the menu which is a shame.

Unfortunately, decidedly cold with aircon (why in November?! - other diners kept coats on too; maybe we'd have been better off with all the heaters outside on the terrace), and beware: the Christmas specials are treated as a Set Menu, despite each item being priced individually, so not eligible for 50% off.

10/10The ambulance at L’Ulivo in Leicester Square is perfect. The service was brilliant. We had mussels and bruschetta. Was delicious. We had sea-base. It was delicious Tiramisu was lovely too. A brilliant restaurant!!

9.5/10Evening was very successful with friendly competent staff and very good Italian food served in very generous proportions. We were absolutely stuffed after two courses. It was disappointing to see few other customers although this was a cold wet Tuesday night - but on the plus side we could hear each other talk. Strongly recommended.
