7/10There was a draught from the front door as it was often left open. One of our group who was nearest to the door felt it most. The door should have a device that allows the door to close after people enter the restaurant.

6/10We got a private table and we stayed really well, food was not so great, the prices, despite the discount, also high... The waiter forgot to apply the discount we had to ask again.

10/10The vegetable soup starter was delicious and served with thick, fresh bread. The pizza main dishes were delicious. Highly recommend and would definitely go again.

10/10We came back again as the food was great. Did not disappoint though the sea bass we ordered did not have the same amount of the delicious sauce. When told, they topped up the sauce, possibly by making more.

6/10The service was really quite slow, we had to ask to order etc. The food was nice and portion sizes large. Drinks were very expensive even by London standards. £5.50 for a 500ml bottle of sparkling water seems to be pushing it. Overall the whole experience was fine but wouldn't rush back.

9.5/10The sea bass was nicely grilled and had nice tangy sauce. The seafood pasta had fresh seafood and a nice watery sauce which was slurpy worthy. Great meal. We will be back

7/10The food was very nice, fast and piping hot. That said, the meat and fish dishes were expensive considering they don't come with any accoutrements. The service was not unfriendly, but certainly not going the extra mile, and we had to ask them to correct the bill. On balance, a decent restaurant but not anything impressive. Probably wouldn't go again

10/10L’Ulivo is our favourite restaurant in London. Whenever we head into “Town” for a day out we try to wrap a visit here in. The food is of a very high quality and the service is excellent. The only negative is that it’s a little cramped with a lot of tables but you’re unlikely to notice once your sat down.

10/10Went for my nieces 21st and we arrived an hour early (only three of us) but they were able to seat us immediately despite being busy. We were very lucky. Service was quick and friendly, food was delicious although portion sizes were huge. And cost of overall meal was extremely reasonable. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and think we’ve found ourselves a real gem. Will definitely return.

8.5/10The restaurant was busy and the ambience was warm and cosy on a cold late afternoon. The starters and main course were very good. The drinks were well served but relatively inexpensive, the desserts were a disappointment.

Very good experience overall. Food was delicious, and the panna cotta was phenomenal. Only had a slight delay getting a waiter to take the desert order and bring the bill, but it was late at night on Christmas Eve. (The desert was delivered very quickly after they took the order and the overall experience was still good)

8/10Service generally good and helpful. We queried whether the tuna on the Salade Nicoise was fresh or tinned and was told it was fresh, but when it came it was tinned which was disappointing. Other food was good.

4.5/10There was a party of 6 of us and when ordering our meal two of us stressed no sauce on the meal and that was ignored so they were returned. Everybody else had their meals delivered except one of our party who was having lamb and the three of us waited for at least 15 minutes for our replacement meals and the lamb and, of course, by that time the rest of our party had finished. No apologies from the staff, in fact they seemed irritated that we were not happy about the delay. There were certainly not enough staff on to cope with a full restaurant. We will not return.
