    The food was good and arrived promptly, with quite large portion sizes. Front of House seemed understaffed so it took a while to get service. We waited 20 mins to get our bill having asked twice.

    Tender white fish in a light savory broth, garnished with fresh arugula, lemon slices, and a cherry tomato for a flavorful seafood experience.

    I was expecting a really nice ambience on a Friday evening in theaterland... But the restaurant was busy at 6-7 but died down. Very strange for a Friday. Food was nice.

    Pizza was ok, but a bit less stuff on it (poor) compared to other branch. Inside was very cold, not cosy as I would expect in a restaurant. Will not return but rather chose the otherr branch which is 5min walk from this one.

    Was pre-theatre so very busy. Food was ok - chicken Milanese was def overcooked, pasta dish was nice but light on chicken. All soft drinks were £5.50 which seemed more than a little steep, even for central London. The decor is lovely but makes for a very echoey restaurant - we were upstairs and it was loud. 12.5% service automatically added to the bill. Was suprised to pay over £50 for two course for two with one soft drink each when we had a 50% off food deal.

    The pasta and risotto we shared were delicious, but we ordered the cheesecake for dessert and it was still frozen solid. The staff were very attentive when we first sat down, but were less so when we were trying to pay. They also didn't apply the discount right away, I had to get the bill re-done. It was an okay experience. Certainly not the worst, but I won't be rushing back.

    The staff are warm and friendly and always recognise us, and remember our likes and dislikes. I tried the Leicester Square L’ulivo on Tuesday night, and although the interior is lovely, they lack the customer service that we receive at The Strand.

    It's a buzzing location, located right on the Strand, so expect lots of theatre-goers and tourists looking for a decent meal. We were finishing our meal just as a school group walked in, so the staff were very busy (but calm and good humoured). The food wasn't exceptional, but a good solid meal.

    The general feeling was a calm peaceful setting to celebrate my Dad’s 90th Birthday. The menu was varied for our party to choose from and being lunchtime it wasn’t too busy or noisy. The waiting staff were very friendly and efficient and there was no rushing us to leave. We all really enjoyed the food and the ambience and will definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Well done

    Large pizza with a golden crust, topped with rich tomato sauce, melted cheese, dollops of creamy ricotta, and spiced meat, accompanied by a plate of stuffed pasta in light sauce.
    Pasta filled with a rich mixture, topped with a light yellow sauce, carrots, fresh herbs, and grated cheese, accompanied by a pizza with golden cheese and a slightly chargrilled crust.
    Creamy cheesecake with a smooth yellow filling, topped with a rich red berry sauce and set on a golden-brown crumbly crust.

    I took my partner here for Valentines Day. The food was absolutely delicious, the ambience was perfect, but what made it extra special, was Ivan. His customer care and people skills are World class, and he went out of his way to make our evening perfect.

    Food was ok .Unfortunately we had to wait 45 mins which was surprisingly long considering only a half full.Only when we questioned staff did they admit there had been a problem.No free drinks offered or explanation.Food was average

    Second visit in three days as staying in London for a few days. Food is excellent as is the service, very attentive. The limoncello desert is fantastic. Highly recommended.

    Great service, the guy serving us impressed the kids with his drink pouring (he was very entertaining). Good value for money too, especially the kids menu 2 courses and a drink for £11. Ambience is lovely, big space but feels quite intimate

    What a lovely little find, perfect meal before theatre, perfectly positioned. Food was lovely, staff happy and friendly. Celebrated daughters birthday pre theatre meal- great choice.

    Quality of food and service was good . We booked through The Fork and it had 20% off food. This wasn’t deducted off the bill when we received it and we had to ask for it.
