10/10When the owner of the Restuarant gives her special attention to customers it makes us to come back again and again !! The food is just WOW , have cancelled dinners at all the other Italian restaurants in London . We are back today 14th February and will be back when we come to London from Kenya . Thank You

7/10We love this place and headed back here specifically as we were in town. The food was good (not as good as other times we have been) but still yummy. The service was appalling though. Obviously it was a busy night, but there are only so many tables and this place is often fully booked so the staff should know what’s expected I assume? The waitresses barely made any effort. They didn’t even mention the specials option until we asked if there were any; they left us an hour and 10 minutes before asking if we wanted dessert; they never offered us water for the table or coffee afterwards; and never came to take payment - we had to go hunting for them. Really disappointing but also we would have spent much more money had your staff been checking in with us about drinks etc. I requested in the booking to be sat downstairs. Unclear why this wasn’t possible but a mention why that wasn’t fulfilled would have been appreciated. Bit disappointing. Good food. Nice atmosphere.

6.5/10There were several specials, however felt that the explanation for them by our server was not really helpful. As an example he described a burrata dish, however omitted to say that it was served with a large serving of bresaola beef and rocket. It was a very large plate of beef really! We anticipated with tomatoes and basil with oil.

8/10A really nice little place,very reasonably priced for Kensington. Food was good - I had the Linguine Modo Mio which had a lot more prawns than I was expecting and tasted great. Unfortunately my wife didn't find anything on the menu that really appealed and went for the gnocchi which didn't quite satisfy as a main. Service was good despite there being a big party in that night who took a lot of our servers attention would have liked a larger selection of wines available by the glass but what they had was reasonable and a small placee can't be expected to have a multitude of open bottles. All in all a very nice little place and well worth a visit if you're after some authentic Italian food.

Hello sir,appreciated that you made the review for us,we are welcome all aspects of feedback. But for your review ,we feel bit confused,the items you orders are all from our menu,you should aware the prices before you ordered . It is personal preference whether you like our pizza or not,but you even left a bad review for bad pizza,but,why did you ask our staff to packing take away the pizza which you couldn’t finish if you don’t like it?

10/10Chef Elsa’s food is amazing - it never disappoints. Michael handles the service flawlessly. Chef Elsa is as warm and welcoming as anyone could ever be… you truly feel like a guest in her home. Every time we are in London we make a point to have dinner with her. Try it - you won’t be disappointed!

8.5/10Was good food, tasty and well presented. We only ordered two mains and left feeling hungry however that's to be expected without starters. My issue was charging 27 pounds for a special ravioli (which wasn't disclosed and was 8 pound more than other pasta) and 19 pounds for a porcini (perhaps dried) mushroom pasta which was OK. Still happy with experience but can get similar quality pasta for half the price in other restaurants in London.

10/10La Fortuna is a great example of fantastic Italian food with Cody ambiance and great service. The cook is great, the pasta made fresh, the staff and boss always looking for you. I will come back to this great small restaurant.
