I am Italian and I can say: this restaurant serves proper italian food! I had spaghetti with clams, an amazing dish! my partner had pizza which is also outstanding, we will definitely come back, very good food, lovely place and staff.

8.5/10We had a lovely meal last night. Good honest Italian food, a delight to have genuine cooking from a family business. Loved it. Will be going back very soon. Totally different from the major restaurant chains (thank goodness). They serve excellent home made seasonal food without following a pre printed Formica menu. It’s a cosy restaurant, we are so pleased to have it as our local. Service v good too.

8.5/10The Fave e Cicoria starter was quite unusual - good but a little more seasoning to the bean pure - or a little more EVO -would have enhanced the dish. The Rigatoni was delicious - I'd order that again.

6.5/10Unfortunately, there was no more gluten-free pasta, no more chocolate mousse, and no more tiramisu... The waitress was very kind and very cheerful. The pasta was quite bland—good, but nothing special.

4.5/10Food was sub-par and lacked flavour. The cacio e pepe pasta, which said it came with shrimp, literally came with one baby shrimp cut in a few pieces - this did not justify the price of that dish. Pizza was good, standard wood oven style. Ambience was ok. Overall not worth the price of the dishes. Very disappointing given the other reviews we read.

8.5/10A lovely cosy family restaurant mirroring the cosy environment of narrow streets in Italy. My son and I went there after Kew Gardens very close proximity. Only 10 minutes on the bus would definitely recommend.

8/10Updates need to be applied as menu changes and prices different from the Fork webpage. Risotto also as a main a small portion. Was ok with that as on a diet.

6.5/10This is a tiny busy neighbourhood restaurant, mainly doing pizza, but we ordered mussel&clam, tonarolle vongole , prawns and ox cheek. The later was very nicely cooked, maybe lacked some greens, mash rather salty. The pasta and the prawns dishes rather bland and lacked a bit of oomph from a bit more sauce (garlic/ oil/ chilli?). The accompanying salad was not dressed. Both the clams and mussels seemed to have been steamed rather than cooked in the broth which left them a little tasteless. Overall a buzzy place and quite popular, need to lift the cooking.
