On arrival we were told the new rules - we understand the rules and comply but the tone was rude and patronising The waitress could not find my booking and said you will have to sit near the door - this was not acceptable and as my birthday would have been very uncomfortable right near the door so I requested a change - the waitress made me feel I was a nuisance whilst she found another table The waiter was lovely very friendly and helpful , the lady waitress then came to remind us we wasn’t to leave the table without good reason - as 41 year olds I felt this was unnecessary The food was ok , the atmosphere was terrible with a loud beat drum so loud we couldn’t hear - this was such a shame as we travelled from Essex for my birthday meal and should have chosen somewhere else :(

The worst ever customer experience I’ve ever experienced. Perhaps it was the lack of staff that couldn’t cope with everything. I’d give it a try another time.

The staff were lovely and welcoming. The place was clean and tidy. The food was fast to arrive. Unfortunately I removed a star from the food because most of it was lukewarm rather than hot. Other than that, everything was absolutely too stars. Thank you!!

Fantastic meal - our French waitress who we embarrassingly thought was Spanish was excellent. The superior Malbec was very good and if there was one criticism it would be that a few more Wraps would have been sublime. Well worth a visit and the staff are excellent.

The guy looking after us was great, two for one on cocktails, always a bonus.

Food on menu was limited as was cocktails, poor food and portions worat experience ever will not be returning. Cant blame the staff as not their fault. This is not a foody place at all and you can make better at home

This was their first night open since lockdown, so I am aware that things may be a little rusty in terms of providing the best, but the experience was disappointing. I will praise a particular waiter who, I could see, was going above and beyond. But we had to wait at least half an hour for drinks each time we ordered and then over an hour for food and the next set of drinks. Although the cocktails were lovely, the food was nothing to be excited about and almost a third of the menu was out of stock. Again, I realise that this was their first night open since lockdown, but this is a disappointment. I won’t go back again.
