10/10I recently visited this charming restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was cozy and warm, perfect for a relaxing evening out. A talented singer performed live music throughout the night, adding a lovely touch that elevated the ambiance. The food was outstanding—each dish felt thoughtfully crafted with fresh ingredients and bold flavors. But the highlight for me was the dessert. Their panettone was, hands down, the best I’ve ever tasted! Soft, moist, and bursting with flavor, it was a perfect ending to a delightful meal. This place is a hidden gem, and I can't wait to go back.

10/10The fresh pasta courses were all excellent, as were the special desserts (coated panettone and vegan choc fudge cake), but there was also live music - a wonderful lady singing and playing guitar, great playlist and also just right volume so dinner and conversation could continue whilst also enjoying her music. Plenty of candles, and all staff so friendly and efficient. Overall we had such a lovely evening! Thank you.

2.5/10We were not made to feel very welcome because one guest was in a wheelchair. The food was barely warm and looked to be and tasted vacuum-packed and reheated. It was served very quickly. I make better spaghetti carbonara at home. When it was time to pay the waitress took my card to the card reader instead of allowing me to tap it myself. Staff need to be retrained in customer service. Wont go there again or recommend the restaurant.

8.5/10L’Assaggino is a bit out of the way, but it’s worth the trip. Good food with an authentic Sardinian flavour, and good wine - I would particularly recommend the Cannonau, a robust red from the second largest island in the Mediterranean.

7/10This is a very nice spot with exceptionally nice staff. It was important to us to support a local establishment, but I think small touches, such as pepper on the table, offering grated cheese, and advising before one orders about dishes not available would be nice. The tiramisu was dry.
