10/10Enjoyed the night. Roy took very care of us, he is so friendly and sweet. went extra miles to recommend food, got us drinks and even a box as we couldn't finish the food. excellent service

8/10Place is ok. Food is ok for the price and it helped i had a fork discount. Pub gruo type of food, was ok. if you are in a rush and need something and can use the firk discount, then it is worth it

8.5/10The service we received from Natalie was excellent. She was very friendly and helpful. My Granddaughter really appreciated the birthday cake that was served. Overall we had a good meal in a good environment.

2/10It's impossible to find the restaurant Level 3. Google maps takes you to non existent location in the city tower. In the app there is no way to copy the address, only see it on the map which points to a cross road. The description mentiones that it's located on the 3rd floor of a hotel but no mention of the hotel whatsoever. I wasted my time and energy walking rounds trying to find it on Google maps. Absolutely frustrating.

10/10My partner and I had a wonderful experience dining at the Mercure and can't wait to visit again. I booked via The Fork app with my £50 yums voucher which was applied to our bill with no issues. Our server Roy delivered the most professional and humble customer service and really made the visit exceptional. The view over Manchester with the Christmas markets all lit up was amazing and the noise level was quiet and peaceful which was a lovely change to loud resturants where you can't hear each other talk. The food was delicious and I'm looking forward to revisiting to taste the rest of the menu. Big thanks to Roy for making us feel very welcome and well looked after.

3.5/10To sum up our experience I would say that had we been paying full price for this experience we would have left as the starters arrived. We were one of two tables in the whole place. 20 minute wait for drinks and menu. 35 minute wait for starters which were barely warm and thrown together on a plate (nachos were a bag of plain Doritos with a drizzle of bland cheese and two ‘blobs’ of guacamole and sour cream. As we finished the mains arrived and Wow, the whole lot was returned. Cold and dried up hot food and stale bread on a very basic sandwich. Waitress was apologetic and very lovely but even she was embarrassed and agreed the food was poor. In conclusion, would I dine here again? Never.

7.5/10We were looking forward to the big selling tint, the view over the gardens from the 3rd floor restaurant, but found on arrival at 4.15, that 3/4 of the window area seats were set for breakfast in a roped off area and all others occupied. Disappointing although food was very good, toilets on second floor beyond disgusting believe me I wasn't happy.

3/10Wow where to begin! Everything is a let down in this place, not worth your time and money, went for lunch, served by kind old lady whom overwhelmed doing anything by herself, food is absolutely disgrace, they dare to charge £16 for burger that is seriously disgusting, even prison food I promise better than this, the whole meal we order is torture to eat, the only edible meal is the salad even that because we asked clean without condiments, so just clear lettuce cucumber and it’s the tastiest among 4 others we ordered, pizza is dry, soaked in oil, French fries uncooked, burger comes cold, soup comes with stale bread and as hard as cardboard, again be warned! I feel bad for the old lady she tried her best to give us good service but the meal quality is not within her power, and hotels seems so stingy hiring very little people and she do everything running around places

4.5/10The menu was very limited, its like a room service menu. The music was very loud due to an even being held when i was there, which was too noisy for me to finish my office work. I had the impression that the lounge is quiet from the previous reviews but it was too noisy. I was there at 11:00 am !

8/10We were seeing a show in town with my son and had the yums saved up, so I booked the restaurant with the offer. It's a short walk from picadilly station, but we chose to drive and found a car park just behind the hotel, which was handy and took any stress out of the visit. The restaurant itself was well presented, clean, and spacious, we sat at the window, so we had a nice view of picadilly gardens. The staff were helpful, we ordered drinks which did seem to take a while to come, the food was ordered and I checked with the server that the offer was accepted and all was well. The toilets are on the floor below the restaurant, so bear that in mind, there is a lift or stairs and they are easy to find and clean. The food arrived, I felt the waiting time was a little longer than I'd like but it was lovely and we all enjoyed what we chose, we did have to ask for condiments but they were brought quickly. Overall, it was a good experience, and with an offer I would go back again, but maybe a bit expensive without one.

5.5/10The afternoon tea was just fine. There was nothing wrong, but the tea and the experience was underwhelming. The dining room was virtually empty with only a few tables occupied. I found it quite odd that our bill was presented to us within 5 minutes of our food being served. Our server, however, was very pleasant and attentive.

8.5/10Lovely warm greeting on arrival and Abbi was really attentive throughout. Food was delightful and you got a lot - we could only manage a main course. Nothing too much trouble. Abbi worked really hard to make us welcome and to ensure we had a lovely time!
