The food was good. Excellent Yorkshire puddings! Desserts were also very good and a yummy caramel chocolate given with the bill. The pub was empty when we arrived at 2.15pm on a Sunday which was a surprise! Staff were efficient - could be a bit more smiley!!! 😀😀

Really great. We went here as lunch guests before visiting the BBC Earth Experience accross the road. Really lovely atmosphere, attentive staff and a great menu to suit all. Best fish and chips ever. Bread with bovril butter. Would visit again.
