We were given a tiny table for two in a very tight spot. Shocking bearing in mind there were only two other people in the restaurant. The sharing plate and starter were presented at exactly the same time leaving little or no room on the table.

Great food, but the portions could have been larger considering the price and the “sharing” concept. Service was poor—the staff didn’t write down the orders, which resulted in drinks and side dishes being forgotten. It was also not great they wanted to take the plates while some were still eating.

Everything is great except that the service is a bit slow. We waited for more than an hour for the main course to arrive but the food is amazing. I will definitely come back again.

Our booking was moved to the terrace on arrival as there was an ‘ event’ on inside. This worked out ok as it was a warm afternoon but not sure how we’d have felt if it had been cold. We were not given any notice of this prior to arrival. We ordered from the brunch menu and the food was generally good but the portions are tiny / even after 3 courses you’re left hungry. They made a mistake with the bill and charged us from the a la carte menu but rectified it as soon as we pointed it out. altogether was an enjoyable afternoon despite the chairs outside being quite uncomfortable, staff are friendly, the location is lovely, food was tasty but pricy for what you get.

Nice staff, nice atmosphere, Very good ceviche,very good rice & prawns, very good rice. The beef... I didn't like much... bad choice, expensive for what it is... Lovely Pisco sour, very good Peruvian red wine.

Had a couple of cocktails downstairs for the happy hour but waited about 15 mins before being served - had to go to bar to order. Great food menu with lots of intriguing dishes. Ordered many to share between two. Sea bream and tuna tartare ceviche were excellent along with fried plantain in avocado cream and warm fresh bread. Then had to wait 45 mins for our mains which were a king prawn and a duck confit dish which are also very tasty as well as some rice which went very well along the two mains. Left frustrated by the service as the food quality was very good - seemed to us that the kitchen was overrun but no communication to customers. Will look to try Lima in Fitzrovia next time to compare!
