We went for lunch and the place was totally understaffed. Food was average at best. The furniture was torn. They had two people that were basically act as bartenders, hostess and servers.

We had the Michelin special tasting menu and it was amazing. The waiter carefully explained each of the dishes and they were all absolutely delicious. Great variety of tastes and stunning presentation. Really looking forward to visiting again.

The food was amazing. We had the tasting menu and the pairing wines. Everything was so delicious and not bad ££ for the type of food and the wine. Our waiter was a bit shy and quick when explaining the dishes to us, but overall very polite and attentive. The ambiance was great, people seem to be having a good time and enjoying the food. I'd recommend 100%.

We had a really good time at Lima with my partner, the staff were all approachable and friendly, they could provide details on the food and the wine. We went for the pairing menu and the balance was right and tasty.

We were SO looked after. Nothing was too much trouble, the restaurant was quite busy and we had a lovely table by the window and once roadworks had stopped, they opened the folding doors for fresh air - lovely! We were not rushed, lunch took a good few hours which was wonderful and the food, well all I can say is it was ABOVE EXCELLENT! Go to Lima, you won't regret it!

The lunch menu is tasty, with a reasonable price. The presentation is colourful and the food is savory. The staff are warm and serve us warm water with a kettle which is really nice as my throat is feeling unwell. Would come back again in future.

The food was excellent, the downside was we’ve ask if we can seat in a little private area as it’s not busy and only 1 table was occupied during our visit, unfortunately the waiter declined our request .

We were welcomed and well looked after for our anniversary lunch (and given an extra pudding!). Lovely food, if a bit heavy on vinegar for the few half, and being a Friday lunchtime, the atmosphere was a bit lacking - though nice to eat without other diners nearby! Enjoyed our food and the house red was really tasty.

Had the tasting menu for lunch - fish dishes are superb and service is great. If I had one small moan the pork was slightly over cooked - but that is a very small thing and I will definitely come back again. Overall the food is delicious and it's a great place to go

Lima is an exceptional dining experience- everything you would expect from a Michelin restaurant. We had the set chef’s menu which was incredible. 5 courses and then dessert. The restaurant is simple because the food does the talking. The presentation was fabulous. So understated as a restaurant but incredible. Thank you so much for a fantastic evening.

The food was very good. The service started really well but, as our waitress changed, so did the level of service. The ambience was a bit uninspiring, maybe because it was lunchtime and fairly empty, which was surprising on a Saturday. I would still recommend it as a place for a good meal.

I did the tasting menu with the wine pairing. ++ + The ceviche was definitely delicious. The highlight of the menu. The secreto iberico was quite good. -- - Overall I was full at the end of the meal, but I found it quite overpriced.Overall I was full at the end of the meal, but I found it quite overpriced (£80+ plus £40 of wine pairing) - Portions were quite small. Specially, the octopus and crab plate had literally ONE slice of octopus tentacle, 0.5 cm thick. - The place was very loud. We had to be moved to the front of the restaurant to make it a bit more quieter and it was still quite loud. - The staff was very nice but they would bring you the plate, explain it in a very quick 10 seconds description and leave. Which didn't help with the ambient noise. So overall, it was a decent experience and for the price, probably more on the bittersweet side.
