6/10The whole experience is just average . Food is ok the service is average it’s not great value and with a celebrity chef behind it should be much better. Wouldn’t think it will be around for that long tbh. Underwhelmed.

6.5/10Sadly they were understaffed, and training new staff on a Saturday night. It was far from Michelin experience that I’d hope for. I did go many years ago and it was a completely different experience. We did get money knocked off the bill as they did acknowledge that the service was far from their usual standard. The food was actually good, but it was let down by the poor service on this occasion.

5.5/10The set menu options were not great . Portions were small and the quality was kind of pub standard rather than a posh restaurant. There was not much ambience and the service was a bit pushy when it came to deserts and I had to bat away the waiter several times for more time to consider

9.5/10Enjoyed our Prix fixe menu which was different to the one shown on the Fork app! Shared the Mussels and Tomato and goats cheese as a starter and then had the burger which was all delicious! Very filling so only had the Two course deal.

8.5/10We were served by 2 very welcoming and friendly members of staff. There was an extensive wine list but we opted for the good value carafe of house wine on the pre-theatre set menu, which was very drinkable indeed. There were 3 options for each course on the menu. Portion sizes weren’t huge, but adequate if you’re not famished, and all rather tasty. There were a few housekeeping issues I noticed. There was a chip in my bread plate and the stairs down to the bathrooms needed a very good sweep. But all in all a pleasant experience and a moment of calm if you want to escape the chaos of Regents Street.

+2The waiter who served us was really helpful and friendly. He chatted with us and listened to our feedback patiently. We ordered the 3-course lunch set-- both the appetizer and the main dish were of high quality. However, the desserts were disappointing and need much improvements. Overall speaking, the ambience was great-- classy but relaxing. Would be perfect for a date or a family gathering!

9.5/10Excellent food. Enjoyed the Puglian Chardonnay very much. The Monkfish was perfectly cooked. The Plaice was delicious but would have been easier to handle without the head 😀 Loved the Elderflower panna cotta. Service was great. Friendly and knowledgable. Only thing to fault is the choice of background music. No need for dance music while eating 😎

5/10Pretty aggressive wine sales and pouring- and got the strong sense that they wanted us in and out and to maximise our spending. Made for a less than relaxed evening. Food generally good.

9/10Some individual options are not great (eg snails imho), but overall great food, great ambience and staff and good value for money. Curiously no ‘whole’ discount (eg taking a bottle of moet or drinking the same by a glass is priced identically).

8.5/10I really enjoyed the restaurant. It’s beautifully decorated. My partner and I arrived slightly earlier but it was no problem to be seated. The odd thing was we were seated right next to a couple when there were spare tables with no one sitting either side, so we were confused as to why we were seated right next to another couple. The tables are a little bit too tight for my liking as I feel like we are sitting too close to other people. They may need to lose a table to make that little bit more comfortable. The banquette I sat on is strangely little bit high, and I felt like my feet were dangling a bit, which is not comfortable for smaller people, although I am 5 foot five so not particularly small for a woman. Really enjoyed a cocktail with dill. The starters were fine, mine was a little salty, although to be fair, it was a salted beetroot dish. I had a ribeye steak for main, which was meant to be medium rare, but it was very rare. I know I could’ve sent it back, but I didn’t as I don’t want the fuss or embarrassment when I am out for dinner with another person. There was a fair amount of very unrendered fat on the steak, which I couldn’t eat, but it is was tender and it was a good flavour. The chips were amazing though and were the best thing I had, in fact! There was no lamb on the menu, which was a bit disappointing - but there were two pork dishes, which I find a bit odd. The bread and olives were very nice I should add. I would recommend as a decent restaurant but I’m not sure I would return.

10/10The menu didn't seem special but every dish exceeded expectations! I don't usually like steaks or burgers as they usually are not special - But today the tartare, steak, burger, and Eton mess were so memorable. Would come back.

10/10Was such a lovely evening. There was a large group in behind us so was quite loud but it didn’t ruin the evening at all. Staff were great, as was the food. We will be back 💜
