One of the best meals we've ever had- particularly the dessert if lemon meringue. Very tasty lamb. Warm friendly setvice
I brought some of my bridal party to the open day followed by Sunday lunch as I’m getting married here next year. I booked a table for 3:30pm. We were not seated until 4pm and we did not get a drink for another 15mins at the table. The starters came out first. The meal was amazing, but I was disappointed that we did not even get a complimentary drink to apologise for the 45 minute wait. My friend did not even have a spoon for his soup for a few minutes.
Lovely food, excellent service, and a beautiful location.
Booked for traditional afternoon tea. Fabulous food and so much to eat we had to take some home with us. One of our party was Gluton free and was overwhelmed by the choice and selection that she was offered. A fabulous afternoon out and we will definitely be back.
Our experience was lovely as always one of our favourite restaurants to always visit. Never disappoints us and staff were very friendly and food was amazing not one bad element to any of the dishes.
4 different main courses-Steak,Fish,Lamb and Vegetarian all of the highest quality. Love the new look to the front of the restaurant- it’s always been a quality establishment but the improvements are very good. When we visit relatives in Wales The Vineyard is our preferred choice for a family get together.
Excellent food and fantastic price for lunchtime, lots of choice especially sully for vegetarian. Beetroot risotto really outstanding along with pineapple Eton mess, really memorable
We had a fantastic meal. The service was superb and the food was among the best we’ve ever had. Can not recommend strongly enough.
We really enjoyed our meal at Llanerch Vineyard. It’s a beautiful setting, we sat overlooking the vineyard in the conservatory. Service was excellent and the food was outstanding and very reasonable. I enjoyed some Hensol, Welsh wine which was lovely.
This is about the 5th time I have had lunch at Llanerch Vineyard and have previously found it to be delightful but the last two visits have sadly been disappointing. Although the staff were attentive and pleasant the food was not great. We did feedback to our server and she said she would let chef know but that was is it. No further action was offered and no apology. On this recent visit I had chicken holstein as a main dish. This was swimming in grease and you could taste the oil. I when I fed that back the server just responded with 'well, it is fried madam'. You're not supposed to see and taste nothing but oil. My friend had fish and chips, the batter was too thick and not cooked through and again very greasy, the fish was watery when poked. My other two friends had the burger which was over cooked and dry. The starters were no better. Overall, disappointing and we're unlikely to return I'm afraid.
Lovely setting, food all fresh and plenty of it. Will definitely go again for Sunday lunch..
Lovely dining experience, the food was of a high standard. We will return
Dining experience was great. The Cariad wine tasting was very tasteful, as was the steak meal that we had.
Beautiful afternoon tea, excellent service, relaxed atmosphere, reasonable price, easy parking
My friends and I had afternoon tea here on Saturday . It was wonderful !!
Lovely meal & the staff are very attentive, it’s a pleasure going there.
My wife and I had an early evening dinner with another couple who were visiting us from the south-east. They told us that the meal was the best they had had in a long while. Every course selected was of high quality. For the main course two had the monkfish, one had a fillet steak and I had the lamb shank. For starters two had onion tart, one had crispy pork and I had the celeriac soup and for dessert two had creme brûlée, one had lemon meringue and I had salted caramel choux bun. The staff were attentive and friendly and seemed keen to ensure that we enjoyed the dining experience. We certainly did.
Disappointed (slightly) with our mains. The duck dish wasn’t as nice as it was when the duck skin was separated from the breast and served separately. The bed of leaves it was served on was quite raw (inedible). The pheasant was very nice but as with that type of poultry the gravy is rich, should have been served in a separate gravy boat. Couldn’t really get the flavours of the veg as the gravy was overpowering. Didn’t have any mint , therefore mojito was off the drinks menu. However, we had a lovely evening.
Been here before and it’s a bit hit and miss. Food was very average but service good
Venu fantastic, Survice fantastic, Food fantastic, Atmosphere great. Looking forward to my next visit
