Happy with food. Tables uncomfortably close together, luckily our neighbours had a good sense of humour! Service was slow. Lots of mistakes. Awkward.

We tried the new burger menu and the food was amazing. The one suggestion I have is to serve the food on plates rather than in take away boxes as the burgers are substantial and it is difficult to use a knife and fork in a box. We had a great family meal there and would certainly recommend.

Celebrating our birthdays, three female friends, service very good greated with friendly smiles. Food amazing everything cooked to perfection even the steak. Had a few cocktails. would highly recommend loft 24 and we'll be going back soon. Thank you loft 24 for a lovely evening.

Had a lovely meal , food was excellent but the wait for it was far too long. I had booked the table for 7pm but waited well over an hour for the food. Had to keep asking. 😐

Food and service was great, the only problem we had is that we booked using the fork app which didn't book the restraunt. Needless to say we wont be using them again

Unfortunately TheFork app is not integrated into our booking system, there seems to have been an error made by one of the staff when manually adding your booking to the system, we can only apologise for this but we're glad you enjoyed your visit and hope to see you again in the near future.
