Came here for my birthday. Fantastic dining experience! The food was delicious and beautifully presented, with fresh ingredients and great flavors. The staff were friendly and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable meal!

Excellent meal, the fork menu (not available on the restaurants own website) was amazing value. Everything was delicious. Went pre theatre and would definitely go again. The Greek wine (I can’t spell it) we were recommended was a great choice to go with the Oysters and the lobster.

The food was all very solid, well cooked and presented and tasty. The beetroot and Roquefort salad was light enough but also strong in flavour. The halibut was a healthy portion, cooked to perfection but I’d have liked a bit more girolle mushroom taste in the sauce. The chocolate fondant for dessert with pistachio ice cream was supreme! Absolutely delicious. I’d defo go back, plus can use yums here!

Exceptional service -- Our Burmese waitress, Su, the Belarusian Sommelier, the Montenegrin Manager were all outstanding, engaging and charming. Starters and main dish were delicious: Sea bream ceviche, beef tartar with honey cured yolk, and the full steamed sea bass. Desserts were fine but could be better (the cream on the pecan tart was buttery and the whole thing too salty for me). Very good wine paring recommendations and refreshing cocktails.

Disappointed. I went there for a birthday for my BF and communicated everything in advance. When I arrived, a little happy birthday made by a waitress was happening to the next table. And to avoid embarrassing my BF, I mentioned that I have also informed the staff that he is celebrating his birthday. James, the manager, was very nice and told me that they would do their best, and I do believe that he planned things thoroughly. Nothing happened, not even a nice word from the waiter Mathieu that was completely self-absorbed and not welcoming. We got the wine glass removed before we had finished our bottle of wine..., fish knives are not fish knives. The person removing the plates is unprofessional and poured water on the table because he was serving it on the maximum top of the glass, and again the waiter forgot to put the reduction of 50 pounds when asking the bill. This made things uncomfortable, and when he came back, he still made me pay without the reduction.

Came in on a Tuesday evening. The restaurant itself was not particularly busy but there were a lack of attention from the staff as it took a while for someone to bring over both the wine and food menu. The food has nice presentation, the ceviche was good however everything went downhill from there. Had the halibut as the main which was overcooked and had a tough rubbery texture. It was near impossible getting attention of the staff to make this known. Being seated in a corner should not have been an excuse for not paying attention to your customers. No matter how nice the ambience of a restaurant is, when the service and care for the diners are not there, it is not worth going to. Louie was a disappointing experience to say the least.

Not sure if this is truly a Michelin star restaurant but definitely the food wasn’t nice. My lobster roll was just dry and with very little filling. The ambience was almost painfully loud. Not sure if they know they are a restaurant but eating wich such a loud music isn’t nice. My chair was shaking and my speaker was on the top of me. Never again

The lady who welcomed us at the restaurant was very friendly however it went downhill from there. There was no service with a smile, everything felt rushed and when we asked about something on the menu the waiter didn’t really know and couldn’t explain it. The menu was not the same as advertised on the fork and was actually a brunch menu only when we arrived. The restaurant was cold and did not have much of an ambience. Food was very average. Would not recommend.

Great walk welcome at the front desk, then extremely disinterested interaction with first waiter. Manager seemed much more engaged. Starter of celeriac was actually very tasty. Main of chicken was nicely presented but left feeling still hungry.

From arrival at the venue we were very impressed. A very warm welcome from the team. Fantastic efficient service from all staff. Excellent food and great atmosphere. Particular mention to our waitress Sophie who was a delight and a great asset to your venue. Will definitely recommend and will be returning with friends in the New Year

Louis restaurant is a gem in Covent Garden. Very easy to find. From the first moment staff welcomed us in a very kind a warm manner. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and the service was impeccable. First class food, we had the 3 course pre-theatre meal beautifully presented and tasty. My party and I had a lovely time. We will certainly recommend it, and come back. Thank you all.

Firstly the service was superb. Our waiter was attentive and extremely helpful, recommending alternatives from the menu and his choices were excellent. Please save room for dessert especially the cherry pavlova. If you don’t drink alcohol try the Saicho cold infused jasmine tea, excellent. Brilliant place to go prior to a show. In respect of starters go for the celeriac pastrami though I am sure the others are very good as well. Nothing wrong with the ambiance just not a five when compared to the food and service.

Lovely food. Amazing they serve after theatre dinner at 10.30pm. we enjoyed Foie Gras Terrine and Lamb Cutlets and a bottle of Rubicon. The music in the venue is always amazing on all floors. We visited Crocodile Bar on 3rd floor after dining and it was packed. superb atmosphere with DJ.

I really like this place. Very good, 'simple' food, the thing you like to eat. A good buzz. Noise marginally on the high side, service a bit all over the place - well intentioned but staff need to know who has ordered what and not stretch across you. Also, took quite a long time for food to appear. Overall though really enjoyable.
