Overall the food was only just above average. The shared fish platter as a starter was so salty, we informed the waiter who replied yes this is the Italian way? The parmesan Fries were all limp and felt like they had been reheated? A nice touch was the plate with happy birthday written on it. There are better Italian restaurants around. I doubt if we shall visit this one again. We may try the sister restaurant in West Bromwich?

Waiting for our foods for ages. An hour and a half. Also I couldn't eat my foods without vegetable and roast potatoes. Had to wait for them. Which is disappointing.

Food was great, but they forgot to put Parmesan cheese on our truffle fries. I only noticed this when I saw them take a bowl of Parmesan cheese to every table that had ordered the same fries.

The food was amazing The restaurant is gorgeous The gentleman who seated us was lovely . The waiter was friendly & knowledgeable. The waitress who took our order was rude & disinterested The man who gave us our bill clearly had an issue with black women. So different to the service we received in the West Bromwich location.. if you’re black I’d think twice about going here.. As you’ll be ignored!!!!

Everything was OK until a group of women came in half hour after my friend and I arrived. They were so loud that my friend and I could hardly hear each other. I don't think the staff were too happy either. They should have sat downstairs. So our enjoyment was ruined cause of these women who had no consideration for others in the restaurant. We didn't have coffee and decided to go cause of the noise.

Server was unnecessarily sarcastic, had arrived for my bday meal later than expected but had called to re book, however was given a cold response the whole evening- zero attentiveness. I sent my food back sadly a waited that long for them to come back and re take my order that I never bothered, therefore did not eat at my own birthday meal! I will say I do love this place despite this and my guests were happy.

I had a lunch with my kids it was lovely, eating out on a £100 budget we went over a bit but it was worth it. The chef was very considerate and even created a desert for my son when he learnt he would not be able to have dessert as he had food allergy. 🙏 If I wasn't on a budget I would pay all the service charges 🙄 😒

Food was disappointing, cold, ravilo was poor and the sauce - which is supposed to be their signature dash 🤷🏻‍♀️ also took way to long to come considering we was reminded they wanted the table back in two hours. Service was good. It was my friend’s choice to dine there as it was her birthday - they did bring a free tiramisù to try make up for it. But disappointing really as it had been recommended - maybe it was for the service as it definitely wasn’t the food.
