We had a great time and fabulous food at Lucarelli when we stayed in West Brom recently to go to the Yonex All England Badminton. We found Lucarelli quite by chance and we're so glad we did. Everything was good; fabulous food, great flavours and I used my Italian! We'd definitely return.

We had a lovely date-night meal here. When we arrived the place was so busy and yet we were served within acceptable timescales. When the food came, we were not disappointed. Everything tasted delicious and presented wonderfully, in keeping with traditional Italian style, the portions were also on the generous large size. There were so many dishes that I wanted to try, so no doubt we will be back again to try them. A very enjoyable evening.

Had a good night at Lucarelli's in West Bromwich. The food was lovely, service was good too. We had a starter to share, which came at the same time as our mains, we would have preferred it to have come as a starter, and our food arrived just a little too quickly, which made it feel a bit rushed although the restaurant was quiet. Other than that we had a good night.

It was far too loud, it seemed like a place for locals and everyone was comfortable with just shouting when conversing with it each other, fillet mignon steak smelt like cigarettes, was basically blue when we asked for medium rare and lobster thermidor was not nice. Pasta was fine, but it's hard to go wrong with them. Peppercorn and the roasted potatoes were amazing though. Desserts were alright. Service was quick so we went in and went out as fast as we can as the place was just too loud. I didn't think it was worth the price, we only went because we had 50£ Yums to exchange for, and this was the only place in our area that accepted Yums.

i booked with a 30% discount thinking this would be calculated at the end of the bill i did not receive the 30% discount which i was very disappointed and ended up paying full price . I am not one to quibble the food is good and the service however it was very misleading and would not have gone at that particular time if id have known due to funding .

Went for the first time with friends! It’s a gem of a restaurant in a place you would not expect….you can dress up or down and the atmosphere is amazing!! Great menu you can go high end or just have pizza or pasta….so it suits all budgets. Food lovely and will definitely be going again!!

We decided to try their Sunday roast menu. My wife started with the Funghi Alla Creme and I had the Chicken Liver Pate. Both were good and were served very quickly after ordering. My wife had the Pollo Arrosta (Chicken) which was a butterflied chicken breast rather than carved chicken but she enjoyed it. I had the Branzino Alla Griglia (roast beef). The lean bits of beef were well cooked and tasty but there was a fair level of gristle/fat. Both main meals came with the usual Sunday lunch items. We both finished with Profiterols which were OK and were served will large portion of delicate creme anglaise. We enjoyed our Sunday lunch and it was nice to have tables with white table cloths and napkins but the noise levels can be on the high side when the restaurant is full.
