9.5/10The highlight was definitely the friendly and helpful staff that both served us and helped us locate parking as we were new to the area. The food was exactly as expected and very lovely, with unlimited tea and hot drinks as an added bonus. I sought to show my friend exactly what a British afternoon tea was like, and that is exactly what I got, with the brilliant staff truly making it a comfortable experience as it was our first solo adventure into afternoon tea as young people. The setting was gorgeous and modern, the only reason it is less than a rating of five was that it turned out to be a residential complex, which made for an odd vibe though not necessarily unpleasant, just very different. It's a little bit hard to find though that's not at the fault of the staff, call ahead and they are happy to help should you struggle.

6/10The beef was not as tender as I would like and seemed to go cold on the plate very quickly even after a re-heat. Much too expensive for our quality food. Had miles better for cheaper money. Starters and after ok, with little choice.
