3.5/10Terrible service, rude waiters. Specifically asked for a window seat and got sat in a table right in the corner. Waiter was rude and v unprofessional. Won’t be turning up again.

6.5/10Fantastic waitress. Food okay, Cocktails very average. Very overpriced for the sophistication of the food. The table next to us was a large group of very loud excitable girls who often drowned out our conversation. Tip to anyone going if you are sat near a large group ask to move because it will drive you mad especially if you are on a date. Sadly not the best experience for us but if you want a buzzy loud atmosphere then give it a go and decide for yourselves.

7/10Absolutely lovely service from very customer focused staff. Our needs were scommodated as mich as possible, and the staff smiled. The place was special, interior design was cool and utilised the stunning views. If the music were more ambient and much lower it would have been 5 stars for ambience. The food was pleasant. We recieved a complimentary cake for our friend's graduation which was so sweet. Will definitely return

8/10The view is my favorite in all of London. The food looks amazing, everything is as aesthetically pleasing as you’d want it to be. They have a fantastic vegan menu! Just that the food could taste a little better!

9.5/10Beautiful restaurant . Food great and ambience/atmosphere lovely . My only negatives were as we booked via the fork we weren’t told in advance we would be sitting on the counter by the kitchen - we didn’t mind but I’m not sure all diners would like this . Also the staff were very slow to clear out plates - they were still having around while we had our dessert . But I would definitely return - really enjoyed the vibe 💚

9/10Went here for our anniversary. The staff were kind enough to seat us by the windows which was lovely as well as the sweet treat we got for dessert! Generally the service was great and the ambience very hip and chic. Food wise - the trio of ceviche was very tasty albeit on the small side. The tacos amd quesadilla were average and could have used a little more flavour. Overall a tad expensive for that you get however the views ambience are part of the experience you pay for.

4.5/10Meh. Came here for my Graduation celebration. The view is lovely as are the cocktails . Food was limited menu and was actually very plain and pretty basic - expected much more from a well rated place. Over priced for everything. If your looking to spend I would recommend somewhere with a better menu and more reasonable prices.

10/10I had an amazing time at Madera Restaurant, and I have to give a special shoutout to Waiter Jigar. This guy knows how to make dining an unforgettable experience! My highlight was the "Pan Plano Mushroom & Truffle" dish - it was an absolute flavour explosion. And let me tell you, the view of London's skyline from the restaurant? Absolutely amazing! I suggest to head up to the Nest Bar after you finished the dinner.

5.5/10I have been here a few times, and the service has always been a bit slow, but we got sat & was told that there is a 2h max seating time. We waiting 15min before we asked to find some to take our order, still no one, then another 15, before we had to ask again. Over 30min gone & we finally got someone to our table. Drinks didn’t come with garnish/straw. No water was filled in our glasses after asking multiple times. The food was just okay. Waiter was no where to be found to order anything wise, check in the table or pay…very disappointing to say the least.

8.5/10The food was absolutely delicious and Cocktails were on point as well. I had the guava margarita that’s was really good as well. Only thing… was we didn’t get any heads up about the scaffolding that was blocking our view of highlight of the restaurant. Nothing was said when booking or website with was very disappointing due it being me and my partner’s anniversary. Overall the food was amazing and we will be going back but hopefully with a view too

Really nice place to visit, friendly staff, fast service and great vibes with city views... Drinks and food were also great, just for a five star rating I lacked more authenticity to traditional Mexican cuisine.. but I'll definitely recommend this restaurant!!

5.5/10Setting was great, waiter was alright but seemed to forget a lot and made awkward situations. Food was poor though, £35 for octopus on the rock, which came out literally burnt, the flavour was just completely overpowered by the charred outside. Not great. The rice and beans had no flavour and the sauce was just a spicy sauce with some tomato and onion. Not worth £35.

Excellent views of the city and wonderful ingredients. We were extremely well attended to by Juan. The food itself ranges from very good (the enchilada, sorbet selection, the salads with carne asada, tinga tostaditas) to just ok (the taquitos al gusto, the tres leches, churros). In all honesty I don't know that I would be happy to pay full price for the food; the Fork discount makes this imminently worthwhile however.

8.5/10We had great service from Juan and appreciated the trio of ceviches and the margaritas the most. It was a little disappointing that there was scaffolding blocking the view but the service was great and we enjoyed the complimentary shots and chips. Thanks ????
