4/10Reception cool and she wore a coat all the time. Service slow even though restaurant was not half filled. Waiter insisted we order a desert before we had eaten our first courses. There were only 2 deserts and neither required much preparation, so why? Starter and main courses were fine but desert disappointing. Not a fine dining experience.

7.5/10Good food, great service, the food was served quickly and warm, just a bit too loud for a Wed night, especially when you decide to have dinner. We could hardly hear each other. As expected, on the pricier side as well and I don’t think is worth the money.

10/10I visited Madison for my birthday and wasn't disappointed at all. The staff were very helpful, kind and friendly. The views are spectacular and I'll definitely be back to the rooftop bar in the summer.

10/10+2I didn’t realise they did halal it was excellent service and food and the decor is nice I came here many years ago and the decor is is much nicer and back then they didn’t offer halal most impressed and will let all my friend knows that they service halal options Only negative is no one picks the phone so annoying but 10/10 for the night. Itself

5.5/10Great ambience, music just the right level. Unfortunately 2 of us had sirloin steaks and could only eat one bite. When they arrived they looked grey and washed out...they were the most tasteless, just awful steaks we have ever tasted. We have eaten at great places in Miami and New York and London. Don't go here for the food, the view is amazing but we won't ever go again. It's great for drinks and amazing views of London and that's it. Go to Hawksmoor if you want the most amazing steak you'll ever eat.

10/10Excellent, friendly service here, whether I am visiting with clients or friends and family. They get really busy of course, but the waiter is awesome. I always seem to have the same chap each time serving me and as I am here so often, he remembers me. Its a nice touch.

4.5/10We really liked the ambience as we entered and were looking forward to the evening with friends. As we sat we told the waiter that we are there for only drinks and snacks and that we won’t be having food. The hospitality is pathetic and the staff (incl. the manager are very rude). Our booking was for 2hrs, we were 1.5hrs into our booking and we asked the waiter to get us one more round of drinks, he refused saying that he needs to prepare the table for the next booking and that we should go to the outdoor bar for if we want more drinks. We then had to call the manager, who was equally disrespectful but allowed us to stay for 20 more mins. We finished our drinks hurriedly and asked for the cheque, the manager actually had our bill in his pocket, they were actually waiting for us to leave. We paid c. £200. Will never go back and will not recommend unless they change the extremely disrespectful staff

10/10Such a lovely bar and restaurant space. We enjoyed a cocktail on the terrace before having a wonderful lunch at an outside table overlooking St Paul’s. Food, service and drinks were first class and a great atmosphere.

3/103 layers of questioning by staff paid to check reservations before I was permitted to sit at the table. (would feel intimidating to some since none were smiling or welcoming). Amateur & chaotic service. Food shortages "sorry we have run out of milk for your coffee and we have no olives for martinis" then being told the table was needed even though the place was 20% occupied at 4pm. I doubt there were a few hundred people queuing at that time on a rainy day. Seems like the place doesn't want to make money, the waiters knew nothing about the menu and no wine guidance offered, we were asked multiple questions by different servers (not their fault, this place is just badly managed). Disasterous and most of all, arrogant.
