This is a lovely family-run Italian restaurant, with great food and a lovely buzzing atmosphere. Very reasonably priced, even without a Fork offer. I would highly recommend it!

We are regulars. Took a friend this time round and he was absolutely delighted. He said the food was excellent and what a find. He hopes to bring others. As for us, what can we sat that we have not said already. As always, everything is just as we like it, food is excellent and service is fantastic.

The restaurant was crazy busy but treated me as a solo diner the same as the table of 8. Lovely and unusual for busy restaurants. Recommend for solos and the food and wine are excellent as well. Perfect

Delicious freshly made food in a relaxed unpretentious neighbourhood family run restaurant with impeccable and friendly service. We had a really lovely memorable meal there last night and would highly recommend !

The pasta dishes were perfectly cooked and incredibly flavorful, with authentic sauces that tasted homemade. The pizza was equally impressive – a crispy yet soft crust, delicious toppings, and just the right amount of cheese. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Eat here twice on a previous visit to London and loved it so decided to try again this time when meeting up with our daughter....restaurant was virtually full and busy with a good vibe so glad we booked..fab garlic bread, spaghetti and prawns and gnocchi bolognese and a couple of drinks ....little delay with a (forgotten?) side order but didnt diminish from a nice evening ...very enjoyable

I cannot begin to express how pleasantly surprised I was with my total dining experience at Mangia Bene. I was visiting Islington while in town from New York for a family wedding when I stumbled upon the reviews for Mangia Bene and decided to try it. The food was phenomenal, the staff was friendly and engaging & the value was excellent. While I was at the wedding I recommended it as a great experience to anyone that would listen.
