Very satisfied :-)
We had Afternoon Tea at the Cube. It was fabulous we had a great table next to the window. Staff were really professional, our waiter was Ryan and he was lovely he saw to our every need.
Everything was satisfactory to our needs
Seating is the best feature, the atmosphere was peaceful and extravagant. The food was very nice, the desert was beautiful. We ordered drinks twice and did not recieve them and so asked for them to be taken from our bill.
Had a lovely evening celebrating my husband's birthday, nice gesture from the staff bringing over a "happy birthday plate"??. Food very quick, staff friendly ,atmosphere very good, not too busy.
Very nice afternoon tea with champagne.
Overall very enjoyable evening wonderful setting very disappointed with starters to which a reduction on cost was made, asked three different waiters to clear table nothing was done asked to speak to manager was told he would be over, no one came to see what problem was.
The atmosphere was really nice and couldn’t complain about and the waiter service was good. However the food was disappointing I had the steak and eggs the steak was chewy and tasteless. I had the flapjack for dessert which was really nice and would have again. The waiters could of filled up out drinks quicker as we were on the bottomless brunch
Good view
This restaurant has wonderful views from high above the city. It has live music, a bar and good cordial service. Perfect for special occasions and celebrations. But expensive! Not ridiculous, but a fillet steak is £30. However, this was one of the most properly cooked(I like it rare) and delicious steaks I’ve had. Unfortunately, for me they serve a lot of chips and the calamares, are deep fried, not sautéed. If you like steak, it’s cxcellent food. The rest is only average
Fantastic time. Food was excellent service also very good value for money with our offer on Bookatable..........views were stunning. A lovely 2 hours spent there and would not hesitate to return
As usual a great evening with my wife celebrating her 40th birthday. food cooked to perfection and very pleasant ambiance. the only downside was that after 3 requests i was unable to book a window seat, for this special occasion for my wife.
Was lovely although I didn’t know there was a service charge without even asking being out on my bill.
Great venue, iconic views overlooking an vibrant city But felt there were too many tables crammed in. Food was above average. Room for improvements. Staff were friendly. Overall we enjoy the night at the cube
Terrible! We were booked at a time when we couldn't dine so had to wait 2 hours, sat at one table given menus and then told we can't eat off that menu there (even though the restaurant was half empty), food was average and cold, staff were unhelpful. All in all, I wouldn't recommend it!! Shame I have to chose 1 star - doesn't deserve that!
Very enjoyable experience. Prompt and polite service and excellent food.
We had to wait over half hour for our table even when we had booked for 9.Was not that impressed with the meal.Feel the restaurant rests on it laurals with the view.We find the Ivy much better meal
The food was very disappointing. All chose steaks but very tough.
We were extremely disappointed at the experience we had, the restaurant has lost its high standards due to vouchers I think, the place has been cheapened and now I would not ever repeat going there. The queue was ridiculous, I have never queued like that especially when at a restaurant that’s meant to be luxury and high class, it was like a cattle market, with a lot of people in the queue that had vouchers receiving the meal for a cheap price and it shows greatly in our opinion, to be took round to a supposable table which then wasn’t free so we where told to go back and wait, unacceptable, then eventually sat almost on someone else’s lap as tables are all so close due to being so busy, it needs to be re thought otherwise it will have no good reputation left.
Had a lovely time having afternoon tea staff were marvelous and couldn't do enough for you.
