Marco Pierre White Steakhouse Bar & Grill - Windsor

The restaurant was lovely in a perfect setting and the staff were welcoming. I had been looking forward to the meal for a while and was expecting a high standard. I had prawn cocktail which was freezing cold and tasteless. My husband had fish and chips which clearly came straight from the freezer, definitely no local ingredients being sourced. My steak was small but well cooked but nothing special. The Bernaise sauce was cold.

The food was very good and the service was exemplary but also very friendly. Although I live in Windsor it was my first time at this restaurant and I will definitely return. I really hope they recover from the effects of the Covid lockdowns.

We can for dinner for my boyfriends birthday..we was greeted by the receptionist who was very friendly . The waitress was also very friendly and attentive and made us feel very welcome . The starter was a little disappointing not much flavour. Then we both had steak which was lovely but the pepper corn sauce looked and tasted like gravy also the chips were over done . The restaurant its self , staff and location was fantastic but the food was disappointing

The staff were were very nice and welcoming however we were seated in the lobby due to lack of space. The food was a huge disappointment. The French onion soup was half made, gnocchi tasted old and cheesecake tasted like it had been in the freezer for far too long and defrosted quickly.

Had lunch today, staff were slow to notice our arrival, but restaurant was clean, food was great and staff and service was good. Would eat here again.

Stylish restaurant ,staff very friendly and welcoming. Prawn cocktail was delicious, followed by Sirloin steak which melted in the mouth. Could not fault the service ,would definitely highly recommend.

Very dissapointed with the meal. Very very average. However did appreciate the glass of bubbles and decorated plate for my wifes 70th celebration.

The restaurant had a lovely relaxed atmosphere,and we made to feel very welcome.The steak was melt in the mouth tender.And the panna cotta was amazing.

The food was excellent, I had the fillet steak and my husband had the chicken, which was succulent. We both had sticky toffee pudding for dessert, they were delicious. We thought the restaurant had a lovely ambience. Staff were very friendly. The only criticism, the steak knives need sharpening.

Great service, great food and a really enjoyable evening. good selection of wines on offer and varied menu.

Been to Marco's restaurant at Dover so had some idea what to expect. Made the reservation on line, and when we arrived the paperwork for our reservation was not at the desk. However the waitress showed us to our table, whilst she sorted out the issue. 5 minutes later all sorted and we settled in for a nice meal. The waitress (Dana) took our drinks order whilst we decided what to order as the menu looked really good. So we went for the steaks (fillet and ribeye) plus a few sides. The meal arrived and all I can say it was heaven. Comparing it to Dover no contest, and I thought Dover was excellent this was brilliant. Dana was brilliant, not hanging around the table, but ensured we had all we needed As it was my birthday, Dana brought out plate with a small.cake and even sang happy birthday. We also ordered a cocktail which was up to the same standard as the meal. Hats off to the Chef and their team. But mostly to Dana who made it quite special.for.being professional but friendly. We wil return.....

We have received the best service ever. And a steak was lush!!! Five stars!!!!

Disappointing overall. The starter was the highlight beyond that generous but no more than home cooked fare I'm afraid. Won't be planning a revisit anytime soon.

The worst service I have received from any restaurant. I would highly advise against.

Lovely restaurant , staff were fabulous and the food was amazing

The service was so good and the food was lovely. We were celebrating an anniversary and the table was decorated with glitter stars and we received a complimentary dessert! All round great experience

Excellent, good service, lovely ambience, quiet and a very helpful young lady who escorted us to the table and took care of us. The Steak was amazing!
