Excellent
Very quiet due to current situation but service was good and food excellent
Food was great an the service an staff are very good definitely will go again
Very nice meal - ribs are excellent. Easy to park
I came here for Christmas Day lunch and was very impressed with the initial layout and design. The restaurant is based in the Holiday Inn, Brentwood, and has a modern and classy feel about it. For lunch I chose the prawn cocktail for starter, Turkey dinner for main, and Christmas pudding for dessert follow by coffee. The whole meal was delicious and the perfect size. Highly recommended. The staff were attentive, but not overbearing.
Good service but not great food. Chilli in all the pasta dishes, but no mention of it on the menu. Overpriced.
It was lovely! Both staff and food. However, I do feel the location of the restaurant was a bit out of the way. Being a well established business. It should be placed in the centre of the Brentwood high street itself. It was very clean and tidy.
Service was slow. Drinks were not up to standard and again slowly served. One of meals was cold and misrepresented on menu. One desert we had was again misrepresented on menu. Felt it was expensive in comparison to dining experiences we have had elsewhere.
Good food, always hot( makes a big difference) Good service and staff very pleasant and friendly
5 mins after sitting down we were hounded to take our order then when we was ready nobody came for ages. The mac and cheese was bland, which required extra seasoning the cheese used was a very mild . The chicken on the meat feat pizza was not fresh and had a frozen taste.
We found the staff very inexperienced. I asked for a straw and she didn’t know what I was asking for. For the prices we were paying the portions were very small and not good value. Will not be visiting again.
Lovely food, reasonable price and great service. This was our second visit. Would return
Took my daughter here for a meal. Very good couldn't fault the food. Would go again. Would have been 5 stars but the messing about getting parked because of the parking process.
The food was lovely but the service was terrible! Didn't have the wine we wanted, we were left for 50 minutes after our dinner was cleared away and we weren't asked if we wanted desserts, more drinks, or how everything was. Fed up of waiting we asked for the bill to find that a service charge had been added to the bill! We asked for this to be removed which it was but still no questions as to why or if everything was ok. The restaurant was half empty as well so it's not like they were rushed off their feet and too busy to serve us properly!
Lovely stylish place, very comfortable, greated with a smile and seated quickly, easy to read menu starters, main and dessert wonderful, all good served piping hot! Attentive staff there when you want them not when they want, we will definitely return.
the team at the brentwod Marcos were so very pleasent and accomodating - its our first time there for all of my party and al were really impressed. lovely atmosphere and they even gave mum a birthday card, which i thought was really lovely ! food was delish and the service was great!
Lovely presentation of food . Pleasant decor in restaurant .
Pleasant experience, slighty sterile environment, good portions and attentive staff.
We always enjoy our visits here. The service is very good and the menu varied and tasty.
