A Wonderful Dining Experience at Maresco We had an absolutely delightful meal at Maresco. The food was outstanding, with the prawns being a true highlight—so flavourful that we found ourselves ordering a second portion by the end of the meal. The black rice with halibut was equally impressive, beautifully cooked and full of depth. A particularly brilliant touch was the complimentary toast from the chef, which paired perfectly with the prawn sauce—such a thoughtful addition that truly elevated the experience. If there were one small suggestion, it would be to have a wider selection of beers, but beyond that, everything was exceptional. The atmosphere, service, and, most importantly, the food were all top-notch. We’ll certainly be returning soon!

We had an incredible meal at Maresco on Thursday night. Sitting at the bar, just feet from the kitchen, we watched dish after appetising dish being prepared, making it nearly impossible to choose! We shared several plates, with favourites including the Txistorra de Mar, charcoal leeks with romesco sauce, salsify, cheese board, tortilla (still gooey in the middle), Bomba Maresco, Pan con tomate, and Chipirones. Everything was delicious, and we only wish we had room for more! The Bomba, Txistorra, and Tortilla were standouts for me. The atmosphere was lively but not too loud, and the whole team—from the hostesses to the chefs—were welcoming and clearly passionate about what they do. Some of the best Spanish food we’ve had outside of Spain—we’ll definitely be back. Huge thanks to the team at Maresco for a fantastic evening!

The setting is great, and the service is ok. The food is not bad, but way overpriced for what it is. Not badly cooked, and the ingredient quality is fine, but one would expect somewhat better portions for the money. When paying upwards of £45 per person, the least we would expect would be to not be still hungry when leaving the restaurant.

The food was beyond expectation and will definitely come back again. i did feel i had gone to Spain (a non tourist part) to have my dinner. The staff were friendly and efficient and there is a good choice of affordable wine. Great dinner to have before a show in town.

Went on a Saturday, booked last minute at 2145 using the Fork with 30% off, kitchen closes at 2230. The food was A M A Z I N G honestly, everything tasted fresh and delicious. Service was attentive and friendly. Ordered some tapas: croquetas venison, boquerones, bomba maresco, chipirones and garlic prawns. Mocktails: kimbalala and virgin bloody Maria Dessert: Basque cheesecake (probably the best cheesecake I ever ate!) and crema catalana ice cream.

food was nicely presented and tasted good, although it is small plates. the pork was particularly tasty. unfortunately the upstairs area is all bar stools which was quite uncomfortable and the awkward table we were given at the top of the stairs meant my friend and I had to sit side by side at a tiny table which wasn't ideal. I would definitely go again but request a seat downstairs in the proper seating area.

Delicious,cosy, attentive and authentic Spanish in the heart of Soho. If you love your seafood this unpretentious and great value Tapas/restaurant is a convivial place to eat and meet. I visit going back and becoming friends with the people that cook and serve you.

Food stunning, cocktails yummy, red wine went down well and the sweet sherry was sublime. I will definitely be back. Great atmosphere. We sat at the bar watching the staff cook. Brilliant team,big shout out to the Head Chef and waiting staff. Truly fabulous Christmas get together ❤️ 💖
