Poor service food lacked flavour

Too cold in the restaurant so not a relaxing environment to be in. Food was poor and 1 out of 3 dishes not eaten. Worst of all we were ripped off by the waiter adding £9 onto the card machine which is dishonest & not honourable. We had high hopes for this restaurant but I suspect they have ripped other customers off without them noticing but my husband picked up on it. The right thing to do would have been to cancel the transaction & enter the correct amount. However the waiter just stood there playing dumb knowing full well what he’d done & we felt pressured to pay it to get out of there. They should get in touch to refund the £9 but I doubt they will. No wonder they are so quiet & clearly struggling and desperate for the £9. Fork should not be supporting or promoting this restaurant who are clearly resorting to such diabolical tactics

Food was really nice, a bit more of an authentic style than your usual Indian restaurant. Will definitely be going back.

What a wonderful experience from the start to finish! The food fabulous and the service perfect. The staff were so friendly and clearly loved what they do - we will definitely be back!
