10/10This must have been my 4th visit to Massis. As always food was fresh and delicious, service was great and the manager accommodated a request for a quieter area in the busy restaurant.

10/10Where shall I start, the food was great, the ambience was lovely, the venue is really lovely for a nice quiet meal. And not forgetting the wonderful PANOS who was very attentive and made sure we were well looked after. I have been to Massis roughly 4 times and I cant believe that after my first visit PANOS remembered not only my name but my dietary requirements and even my favourite mocktail. Very very impressed with his ability to make you feel so relaxed. My colleagues and Exec loved it too. We will be back :-) Fantastic work PANOS

3/10We booked Massis as a group on the 23/01/25 for an after work function. The staff were friendly, however the overall experience was very disappointing. The food was not to a good standard, bland, bad cuts of meat, the majority of mains left or sent back due to taste (alternatives were offered by staff). The service was slow, and a very limited offering for our vegan team member. I would not recommend Massis for large business functions.

9/10I've been coming to massis for years now, and the food is always good, but a common complaint was the small size of the portions; not anymore. We had three small plates and one main for two, and we were more than satisfied.

8.5/10We received a really nice, warm welcome and the staff could not do enough. The food was great and the Lebanese red wine at £43.00/bottle was the far better than I could every have expected at that price. Plenty of choice and wht was really nice was that they would always ask whether we were ready for the next dish without being overbearing. I would strongly recommend the octopus and I would avoid the tabbouleh as the parsley was overpowering however all the other dishes were excellent.

8.5/10Lovely attentive staff. Some lovely dishes - halloumi cheese really fresh and served warm, fattoush salad lemony, crispy pitta and pomegranate seeds, hoummous good. Wouldn’t order the calamari again .

8/10Flavour of food was good. Portion sizes could be more proportionate to price considering grill doesn't come with a choice of salad, rice, or chips or sauces (all to be ordered separately). Mint tea was quite literally hot water and mint, no tea bag or tea leaves, but this was rectified by staff when asked. Overall enjoyable meal, would return.

9.5/10Fun and brightly colored ambiance makes it a joyous occasion at Massis. The food was very good with authentic flavors and mezze presentation. The Chenin Blanc from South Africa was incredible. Service was casual and friendly. Looking forward to a repeat visit.

10/10It is not the first time that we have been to Massis, but it has topped all previous experiences. The food was amazing and the service, top notch. We had the mezze group menu (and they were kind enough to apply the discount, even though set menus are in theory excluded) and we can only say that the amount was excessive, but it was too good to leave anything on the table. We were thoroughly impressed.

7.5/10Food and service were good, but it was really cold. We asked for heating to be put on and were told it was already on. There were also other guests in the restaurant wearing coats. Other than that, a good experience.

A gem of a spot and not far at all from Paddington Station about 5 mins walk and set in lovely surroundings 🙂 the meals we ordered was very delicious and the guys could not do more to attend to our needs very welcoming and very friendly. We went as a couple on a Monday evening not so quiet and not so busy and the place had a good feeling factor about it as there were families and work colleagues just seemed to be enjoying a night out with good food and the guys that attend to you 🙂 definitely recommend this food cuisine in Paddington. Sorry we didn’t catch the guys names but thank you for our lovely and pleasant night out from Aamir and Sahiha 🤗🤗

9/10Team dinner at lunch - service was quick and food was tasty. Overall recommended however was quite busy and a tad noisy at lunchtime. Falafel was excellent as was the Hummus.

9/10Food and service excellent! It was a bit cold inside, during our dinner I had to ask for a small heating to be placed by my side. Staff was really friendly and professional. The food was just amazing. Recommended.
