2/10My brother and I Walked out after waiting 90mins for our starters, also we where both fasting & we was very understanding that it gets busy during Ramadan, but 90mins for 1 starter is ridiculous & disappointing, my family & I where regulars when the restaurant was based on hagley road & it’s disappointing to see the lack of time management.

3.5/10The waitstaff was polite but hilariously incompetant, to the point they would mess up orders of who ordered water and who ordered coke in a party of 6, when one person ordered coke. Every order had to be said to the waitress 3-4 times and she would immediately forget who ordered what. It was like she had no ability to form memories or thoughts. She could not make simple modifications like adding a side to my entree order. The food itself was medirocre. I ordered a Ribeye and while it was edible, I could make a better steak at home. frankly not worth the time or money

4/10The food was absolutely shocking and over priced! £32.00 for a microwaved lamb shank! That was over microwaved in places. Steak was tough as old boots, mash and gravy cold, £5.00 for 3 pieces of asparagus that was covered in salt, £4 for mixed veg, more like just a plate of peppers and one tiny head of broccoli. Tasted disgusting, like over used cooking oil. Never took any notice of the service charge on the bill, otherwise I would have definitely asked for this to have been removed! Pictures on the website look amazing, unfortunately you do not get anything like the pictures. Definitely will not be going back!

6/10Service was OK. Nothing spectacular. Ordered 2 fillet steaks, 1 medium the other medium well. Medium came out more well done. And the medium-well was cut in two uneven pieces. We were told they butterfly it so they know the temperature? You NEVER cut and cook a fillet mignon. The well done one was sent back. Fresh one made, but rare this time. I was too hungry to send it back for another few minutes plus my friend was on her 2nd slice. No grilled cherry tomatoes to go with it either (we were told they had run out. In a steak house, really) It's a shame they do not do a bearnaise sauce to compliment the mignon. Was pretty disappointed. Mash, lovely and creamy. Chips,perfectly seasoned. We didn't have any drinks. A discount should have been offered to rectify the mistakes, but it wasn't. For me that's a let down on on the hospitality side. Shows a lack of attentiveness to customers. I would give the place another visit, however if it is the same service, it will have to be my last.

5/10The service was slow, we were a party of 4 people and it was quite embarrassing that 3 of us were half thru our main meal before my wife was served hers. What wasn't clear on the website or trip advisor was it is non alcoholic, ie no wine is available so not happy.

9.5/10I went for my boyfriend’s birthday and ordered a medium rare flat iron steak and it came out well done, but they prepared me a new steak, on the house, very quickly to make up for it and the second steak was absolutely delicious, extremely tender and the taste was mouthwatering. They also gave him a free slice of cheesecake for his birthday, which also tasted very good. Only downsides I can think of are that their mojitos are very sweet, and the time it took for them to bring the drinks out was quite slow, but other than that everything exceeded my standards and I will most definitely be visiting again in the future, and have recommended the restaurant to numerous of my friends and family

7/10The starters we had were tasty. I did think there was supposed to be a bread appetizers as per some comments but this isn't the case. We ordered the soup of the day which was corn soup and it was hot and tasty however was a little too salty which ended up being the case for all the food minus the spring rolls \ Mac and cheese. We got the wagyu steak, t bone and lamb shank. The meat is grilled which is not my favorite way of having a steak. Grilling the beef doesn't create the beautiful taste which is happening when the maillard reaction happens so there was no crust on the steaks. The lamb shank was tasty if you like lamb, but all the sauces were salted too much as where the steaks. The dessert which was supposed to be the signature isn't good. I had a tiramisu and I understand it has np alcohol but it was supposed to have at least coffee The place itself was good. Clean and smelt fine Overall 5.7/10

4/10Very Dissapointed as on trip adviser its rated as number 18 and looks very posh/ fine dining however the food is very basic like I can get that food anywer really for half the price it wasnt really anything special, Price over inflated and the rice tasted and looked like uncle bens, I also felt like they cut alot of corners for example the sauces wer not even freshly made just squeezed out of shop brought bottles, I can get better value and authenticity in nandos/ My Lahore! really dissapointed and will not make a return or reccomend this to anyone

8.5/10The servers were so nice. There was a waitress that was so warm, I would come back just to see her again. She made some great menu recommendations and she took pictures of me for me. She was very friendly, and the food was great.

4.5/102 person dinner date; mixed cooking of steak levels for each person. Both got opposite steak levels. Waiter forogot additional side dish. This was all after waiter confirmed and read out order. Ambiance was ruined due to a baby screaming its lungs out. Overall poor.

4/10Steak was frozen and thawed not fresh! Got the porterhouse, ribeye side was ok but sirloin side was tough! No alcohol ?? Who doesn’t love a glass of red with their steak !?!? Service wasn’t great! Pics on website are very misleading, felt very overdressed in a little hole in the wall.

10/10Where do I start, from the starters to the mains Meatclub really did blow me away I can’t express brought how well the service and the hospitality is. They really looked after the whole table and made the evening feel really special consider this was a meal for my little brother. I couldn’t recommend Meatclub anymore. A special thanks to the team and Meatclub!

10/10The manager Rahul was very welcoming and his staff took care of us. I loved the food and service was spot on. My favourites had to be the tacos, Steak and pinacolada. Highly recommended place, you won't be disappointed.

10/10+1Welcomed warmly by friendly staff. Really enjoyed the complimentary snack while waiting for out meal. Waiters service was thorough and advised us on our preferences. Food came out at a timely manner. Honestly my fillet steak blew me away. Haven't had a steak so good in my life! Top service and top food. I highly recommend this place.

10/10Went in for Sunday roast with my family and we all thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The meat was cooked to perfection and had an amazing flavour. The mocktails were definitely the best we've ever had, especially the Lychee delight. To finish off we tried the cheesecake, which did not disappoint, infact we loved it so much we ordered some to take home. We will be back soon. Thank you for a lovely dining experience.
