10/10There's a great atmosphere in this cosy little restaurant. Although packed out, the service was still really friendly and attentive. We had three courses with wine and it was all delicious. In fact, it was an effort to leave at the end!

5/10we were really disappointed with the pizzas the pasta was acceptable but 20 pounds for a margherita for having added ham and mushrooms was madness

7/10From the outside the place looked closed, but inside the place had a nice Mediterranean vibe. Didn't feel particularly welcome, but the pizza was great, especially the crust and the tomato sauce.

10/10Food is amazing. 10/10. Service is very good. The waitress has always given top notch service. Venue is in a cute location. Menu has lots of options. Lots of window seats as it’s a corner street restaurant. Lots of desert options too. Nice and warm inside during autumn and winter. Blue for money too. Presented well on plate. Nice to see a restaurant that has clothes hooks on the wall to hang up your coats/scarf on

8.5/10Great service and friendly staff. Tried the pasta for the first time and the seafood pasta was tasty. The chocolate desert was exquisite. Wish we receive a complimentary limoncello like we used to and this has stopped now and we are regular clients.

9.5/10It was lovely to dine in a ‘fancier’ restaurant. The food was beautifully presented. We found we were fussed over a bit too much at the beginning, and all staff came around to ask how we were doing. Then service slowed quite a bit and we waited for a long time for the second course, and had to ask for it. The restaurant wasn’t any busier ‘before or after’.

8/10Always challenging to write these reviews because on one hand, the experience was exactly what we were after - a cheap meal together. The 50% discount definitely granted us that, and we didn't go home hungry or let down by the food. So by all means, a perfect solution to our night. On the other hand, had we paid full price I would never go back - the ingredients weren't flavourful, some menu offers a guaranteed hot mess that had nothing to do with Italian cuisine, the linguine were actually spaghetti, the king prawns were tiny frozen shrimps, and every dish from the mains to the side was served in a very watery sauce (or just water - our broccoli looked like they hadn't bothered draining them). Did that make the food inedible? Absolutely not. Service was polite and met all the steps of service, although it never felt friendly or warm. The discount was applied without us needing to say anything. I really enjoyed my evening and got everything I wanted out of it, but manage your expectations in relation to food quality.

10/10An amazing restaurant! Highly recommend Mediterraneo for a family run Italian restaurant with great food. The food was superb, the service was excellent and the atmosphere fabulous! Monday night had live music with Nick South - 2 person band playing brilliant music to singalong to and dance to as well! Fantastico!

8/10Recently moved to the area and have been saying about trying here so we decided to have our Father’s Day meal here with the children. Service was brilliant, a mistake was made with one of the meals as one doesn’t eat pork but they changed it straight away and made something else, the lady come over and apologised which was lovely as most places who get the hump if you tell them they made mistake. The food was great only complain was the chickhen in mushroom sauce portion was tiny and had to order sides to go with it which it should come with sides especially when your paying £15 for just chickhen with a sauce. I eat the same meal in a place in upper street and I come out sfufffed as it comes with green and chips maybe you should do the same

7.5/10The pizza was good, however it was quite small. The staff was nice and polite. Prices were different from menu seen on the fork but still reasonable except for the pints of beer which were definitely too expensive.

9/10Tasty, simple Italian fare with excellent service and a relaxed atmosphere, close to Kings Cross. Some vegan options, could be more (dessert?) but the Penne Puttanesca was pretty nice washed down with a carafe of Montepulciano. £25 per head for salad, mains & drinks.

10/10Relaxed and informal, not too cramped or noisy on a Saturday night like some places, good portions, simple but tasty and well prepared with excellent service and very reasonable prices, just a 10 minute walk from Kings Cross.
