Sadly since last time I was there the food has gone downhill. What we ordered came out pretty bland and I couldn't taste any sichuan peppercorns in my sichuan chicken which was disappointing

This elegant and comfortable restaurant has an extensive menu of authentic dishes at very reasonable prices. Extra tea was produced without asking. Service welcoming, efficient and helpful.

The a la carte dishes were all good and the portions were generous, so it's very good for bigger groups. The beef noodles from the lunch menu were pretty average though. The wait was long even though the restaurant wasn't full when we got there. We waited for half an hour for the first dish to arrive and the dishes came separately, we couldn't eat together. The service was good, the friendly waiter kept apologising for the wait and checked on us to make sure we had everything we wanted.

Food was authentic and delicious. We loved the lobster noodles! Lobster was big (900g) and the price was reasonable. The menu price was more expensive than the one shown on their website but a 30% discount was offered, which was about the same as one of us had in another restaurant famous (probably the most famous) for lobster noodles. Service was super friendly. I think because of its location (between two tube stations) there were not too many customers when we were there but this restaurant deserves more attention. We will definitely go back.

I ordered the Roast Duck Ramen from the lunch menu. It is a generous portion and delicious. I will say it is one of the best cheap eat lunch in London. The £10 lunch menu has over 30 choices. If I work or live in the hood, I will eat here 3-4 times a week.

We had a very enjoyable experience with the friendly staff and lovely food. We had the 4 course lobster offer. Tried two types of lobster which were lovely but the garlic and spice was the winner also the prawn with broccoli and pineapple seafood rice were moreish. Thanks for a lovely time

Our third visit. Beef hor fun, stir fried choi sam with garlic and chicken with black bean sauce all excellent. More elegant decor than most Chinese restaurants. Menu includes Sichuan, Cantonese and North Eastern dishes.
