5/10The good thing was there was no other customer all the time we were having our lunch at Mem-O-India. The sad parts were (a) We were told our choice of seating arrangement was unavailable for when we booked the previous day, only to find out we were given incorrect information. (b) The food was probably left-overs from the previous night. (c) Presentation was poor and (d) The taste was only marginally good, to be kind to the chef. All in all a very disappointing experience!

10/10Amazing meal food delicious. Staff so accommodating especially when my friend is deaf and we needed to move tables. Great menu and also dishes that weren’t on menu.

5.5/10Disappointing service - trying to get attention of waiters during meal. Even at end, had to ask 3 times/3 different people for bill. Eventually, put coats on and stood up to get a response!

10/10This is a gem of a restaurant in Osterley. The staff are very attentive. There is a huge variety of Indian food on offer, well-catered for veggies and non-veggies. We like the location, tucked away from the street. Highly recommend!

10/10Memories of India is by far the best Indian restaurant. Amazingly fresh food, excellent service. All the staff are very welcoming and polite. Most importantly the washrooms are spotless and always fully equipped. I've been dining at Memories of India for 20+ years and never had a bad meal there. I'm always happy to introduce my friends and family to join me and enjoy eating in a very beautifully decorated and clean restaurant. Always look forward to wining and dining at Memories of India. Simply the best restaurant around. ????

9.5/10I've been dining at Memories of India for 25+ years. It's definitely one of the best Indian restaurants around. The staff are very approachable, the restaurant itself is very clean, bright and airey, mors important the toilets are very clean too. I've never had a bad meal there and always look forward to dining there with my family and friends.
