8/10The food and service was excellent but I was a little bit disappointed with the restaurant area itself. It felt very cramped and not as special as I’d expected. Not helped by the dark and rainy evening and therefore no view either!

5.5/10When getting into the lift, the sign said 8 people max. So 8 of us went in and we got stuck. After being rescued after 5 minutes of pressing the emergency button the staff member basically blamed us and said it only holds 5 and that we are all big, insinuating fat. It’s the last thing anybody should be saying never mind staff to customer. This ordeal caused a couple of our group to have panic attacks and only use the stairs. We did decide to stay as we really wanted to see the rooftop. After complaining about the way we were spoken to, they did offer us all one glass of free Prosecco. This definitely softened the blow and the service at the top was good. Great views. Would go again, there just needs to be better signage for the liftss and also more training to staff.

6.5/10The afternoon tea was good, savory sandwich amazing. Scones are very good, but I think the jam was bought it in. Service very slow, without any attention. It could be better. We wait several minute for our tea to come after we received food. It wasn't busy at all the place, so we expect a bit more even for the price we paid for it.

10/10Vintry & Mercer rooftop is one of the few places in London that I visit over and over again. The scenery is beautiful, the fresh hot bread is dreamy, and this time they had seat cushions that heat your bum when you sit on them! Heaven!

10/10This restaurant has left the best impressions! Hospitable hosts, the staff was very attentive and super nice atmosphere. Delicious food and wonderful dessert. I recommend to everyone! We would like to come back here again and again.

5.5/10A great location, but very disappointing food. Probably the driest pork belly I have ever had the misfortune to eat. It was honestly unpalatable and I gave half mine to my partner because it was just too chewy. Food presentation was pretty but the food was just nicer to look at than eat. We had to explain our order multiple times. We had 2 aperol spritz, 1 starter, 2 mains and 1 desert and it cost a whopping £130, which would’ve been fine if it was good food. The desert was a cheese platter and it was the most basic cheese, not fresh and the blue cheese was black at the edges and had other bits of cheese stuck underneath. Honestly, such a shame for a beautiful location. Would not recommend.
