2/10Nothing went well i booked a table for myself ,husband & son we didn’t even get a chance to order any food we promptly told by the young waitress via the head chef that we were not allowed to order for at least 15 minutes because they had a venue on which was a wedding . We had already waited with menus in hand to order the restaurant was empty apart from another table of four so I’m not exactly sure what happened we decided not to eat there as time was getting on . We ended up at a local fish & chip restaurant near by & enjoyed great fish & chips.

8.5/10It was slightly disappointing that several options were not available from the menu but there was enough for a tasty alternative and the service team were good sports.

6/10I had the Frenchie Burger as it was being promoted. Disappointed to be quite honest, no Gherkin in side despite saying their would be. When I raised this with the waitress I wasn't even offered any credit in any way. Generally disappointed and overpriced for what it was.

5.5/10The dining area is open planned and consequently at that time we dined there was a lot of noise coming from the bar area which made it somewhat unpleasant

7/10Waitresses on duty very friendly and treated my wife on her birthday excellently. However, the food took 45 minutes to arrive at our table. Not waitresses fault I supect.

10/10We celebrated my husband’s birthday and had a 3-course dinner. They have a very good portion and the food was delicious. What we truly appreciate also is their staff Ms. Cornilia, though it was quite busy when we came in, she was very accommodating and helpful to our needs. She is constantly joyful and works with class. We will definitely come back.

9.5/10Food was lovely ribeye with a side of peppercorn sauce, onion rings were perfect. Very attentive staff that's why we tipped polite kind and efficient making sure our meals were to our liking drinks when we needed extremely friendly polite brilliant service. I think possibly needs updating but that's my own personal opinion. It was clean and perfectly set out.

5/10The starter was too salty and although the stake was nice everything else was too salty. The service was nice and surrounding was pleasant but just very disappointed in the food.

10/10We really enjoyed the Hotel with family separate toy room attached and the Fork restaurant foods were great scampi was cool lots of it and pork belly , Ice-cream were great it's a great little hotel and restaurant more should try it , the pool lockers needed attention to as broken which is a shame but all facilities were warm steam room pool was cool heated the rest of our stay was great slight matinance in places of lockers and roof above pool but everything was good during our stay we would go back their is a gym nice bar and pool table very fun to use beds were comfy too

2.5/10The food was expensive and very disappointing. I had a ribeye steak, medium to well, it was served overcooked and dry, the chips were undercooked. The waitress leaned over my plate to put some condiments on the table and her bracelet dangled in my food. There were children running around the tables whilst people were trying to eat. Overall it was overpriced and not a great experience.

9.5/10Staying for two nights we ate out at a nearby Italian first night . It ‘wasn’t bad . We booked for evening meal at the hotel on the second night. The waitress was excellent , the food (one of us had curry , other salmon) , was well cooked, well presented and most importantly tasted really good. A much better meal than at the Italian restaurant.

10/10I wholeheartedly recommend the afternoon tea. I visited with a friend and we both had such a lovely time. The sandwiches, scones and excellent selection of cakes were delicious. We had a pot of tea with several offers of refills and everything was served on old fashioned plates and pretty mismatched crockery. The service was outstanding and staff were so professional and courteous and made the visit feel quite special. I couldn’t fault the visit and feel that the set menu offered very good value for the money.

4/10Friendly staff but terribly busy dye not being enough of them. Waiting times very long indeed. Food was awful, a pasta dish floating in a mixture of oil and hot water.

10/10The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The food was delicious. I can't fault anything, the staff asked if everything was alright. And left you to it. But if needed any else or extra they was always someone round and about. I will definitely becoming back here for afternoon, if not a nice lunch. The food and the service is lovely. Thank you for a great experience
