I was really disappointed having seen such great reviews and pictures online. There was only one lady working on Saturday the 17th during the sold out Arsenal womans match. The lady working deserves all the profits recieved on Saturday as she kept the show running with a warm welcoming smile and refused no customer despite being alone, her communication was excellent explaining there would be a delay. A man arrived around 11am to assist with cooking however he was of no real help to the lady running the show. He was extremely slow with preparing orders and serving/clearing tables. He also disappeared twice in the time we were there which blew my mind considering how under staffed they were. The menus were dirty, the range was too complicated if they plan to operate on such minimal staff. I really felt for the lady left spinning all these plates and trying to ensure everyone was looked after. 10/10 to 0/10 to the owners on Miki's Palace

Was so lovely enjoyed every single Thing from the food to the lovely people that was working that day and this was such a cute and pretty little place to just relax. The Mediterranean breakfast was out of this world will defo be going back xx

Wasn't even open for the time I had booked for ????????literally hung around outside for about 20 minutes after they were meant to have opened but nothing happened - gave up in the end and went elsewhere

Worst service before football game We waited for our food for an hour and they told us it would take even longer. They brought the coffee after 50 minutes of complaining, however, people who walked in did get their coffee

We booked this place for my daughter’s birthday, as the milkshakes looked great and fun. The gentleman working there was sweet and did his best to serve us well, but there was no atmosphere at all. It could really do with some music, clean menus and more staff! It has potential to be great though, and have to say the food and milkshakes were very good and prepared with care.

The big problem in that place is no staff at all . They only have one staff to do everything which means you need to wait so much to get what you order . I can guarantee they have only one staff
