The service was very slow , I would understand if the restaurant was busy ,but very quiet Sunday evening . Waited 30 minutes for drinks after ordering ,then another 30 mins for 4 starters 2cold 2 hot .prawns not great overcooked and tasteless. Others ok . Eventually the mains came 5 steaks 1 which had to be sent back very undercooked . So we all finished our steaks then 20 minutes later the other came back not great .Ordered deserts they were fine . My family have dined here lots of times never really been an issue but tonight very disappointing which is a shame . The waitress was very polite and attentive.

Just fabulous. Our waitresses were lovely. Food was great. 30 day rumps. Just wish you'd come to Whitby!!

What made our vist our waiter named kane was absolutely fabulous it was our first visit to a miller and carter so was unsure how things worked he explained everything even down to how we should have it cook so on the experience we had we will definitely be returning and also recommended to our friends and family .

Beautiful food and the steaks we had were cooked to perfection. The restaurant itself is lovely and came with brilliant service.

Excellent as ever If picking fault the pastry on thecaplle pie was soggy underneath but really picking. Enjoyed it
