The restaurant is decorated beautifully with plenty of space between tables. Staff attentive & polite. The meals were well presented & delicious & prices good ( we were a table of 4) & we had doggy bags too. Highly recommend & are definitely returning.

Not to be missed. This eaterie is pure joy. There is no other place on this side of town that can deliver the excellence that is Mittee Indian. Every dish arrives looking amazing with a taste to match. We have been here many times for all kinds of occasions and they never fail to deliver. Every time we visit we are met with a warm welcome. Whether you pick off the menu or ask for something special you are never disappointed. I could name a few dishes that are my favourites, it makes no difference. The chef is a legend. I for one can’t wait to book again and again. Elena doesn’t have to sell a thing to us, we’re hooked and we love it!!

Once again, a very successful and delicious dining experience at this restaurant. Every time we go there we experience fabulous food in a friendly and inviting atmosphere. We are excited to see the menu make small changes an adding delicious new dishes for us to try such as Pudina Gosht, a tasty lamb dish with rich and earthy spices. The aromatic smells and flavours of the sizzling mixed meat tandoori that we had as a starter were fantastic. We also tried the Village Timur Lamb. Again very excited about the blend of herbs and spices used to produce this dish. completely different but complementing flavours to go with the other dishes we ordered the garlic naan was fresh, hot, buttery and infused with garlic making it absolutely delicious. The pillau rice never disappoints with its subtle blend of spices cooked evenly throughout the rice. Next visit really will try to leave room for a desert which looks equally inviting. Elena was a perfect hostess we look forward to our next visit.

Every time we visit this restaurant it’s an absolute hit! On Friday was no exception. The food is cooked and presented to perfection and the service is flawless. We started with and shared the Drunken Prawns-absolutely delicious and the Mixed Meats Tandoori Platter. The flavours are outstanding and the meats were succulent and melt in your mouth. I had my favourite main, Pudina Gosht. The lamb is so succulent with a delicious rich and spicy sauce. My partner had a very similar dish but made with chicken breast fillet. It was well adjusted to suit the meat. We had our usual side dishes of saffron rise and Garlic Naan, both excellent and we really enjoyed the Mango and Lime Cider, which really compliments all the flavours perfectly. Elena came and had a chat with us and we have booked our spot for Valentines night. Really looking forward to it.

This was a last minute planned din-out with my family. Mittee was our choice as it accepted Fork Yums, offered Indian and Nepalese food, and not too far from our residence. The restaurant accommodated our requests for change in reservation timing. The staff are friendly and the service quality was good. We wanted to try authentic spicy food and Mittee did not disappoint us. Overall it was a nice experience.

When we entered the restaurant we were greeted by the staff who had details of our booking He confirmed the name and guided to our table. We were given enough time to go through menu and place our orders. While waiting for our drinks we were served a jug of water with ice cubes separate in a glass. The food: starter, main and side was excellent (both veg & nonveg). very tasty and generous serving. The prices were very reasonable and the service charge on the bill made us feel amount was less for excellent service we received. When we left 3 staff came at the door to say goodbye

We really enjoyed our evening at Mittee. Nice cocktails, the food was delicious and the restaurant is nicely decorated. Only negative is we felt a little rushed. Other than that, it was a lovely evening.

All was perfect with one exception. We waited over an hour for food while couriers and delivery men were popping in and out with huge bags of food all the time. Clearly the poor chief in the kitchen had too much to do. We loved the food, but next time we will order the same dishes take away, and see if it arrives sooner. Otherwise, really, really lovely place.

Doesn’t matter how many times we dine here, excellence prevails. The staff are so friendly and knowledgable. When the younger ones for whom English is their second language try so hard to get it right. We always try something different and Friday was no exception; Himalayan chicken was really tasty, very spicy and full of flavour. Lamb Pudina Gosht is my favourite dish so far. The flavours are magnificent and the lamb is tender and plentiful. Prawn puree is a greater starter and really sets you up for all the wonderful dishes to follow. Elena is the perfect host always and brings together all the elements that make this a wonderful dining experience. Your chef is a genius in the kitchen and thank you all once again. From the moment I snapped a poppadom I started to consider reasons for my next visit. Exceptional value too. Looking forward to re-booking once again very soon.

Another successful trip to this fabulous eaterie. Never fails to please in all areas. This food is to die for. Service is great and ambience is really lovely. Those booths really allow for an intimate setting and are very special. Once again totally enjoyed dinner at this restaurant and will be booking again soon.

The food was good, the issue was the waiting for your food to come. We waited an hour between the starter and the main. No one ask if we needed an order drink, we were just left waiting. Not sure if we will go back.

Wonderful staff, 10/10 food. We’ve ordered takeaway from Mittee several times and it never misses!! However, this was our first time attending the restaurant in-person. The meat in the curries just melts in your mouth, the onion bhajis are amazing and the service is brilliant. We will definitely be back!

As soon as we entered the beautifully decorated restaurant, we were greeted with friendly faces. The staff were so helpful when we were ordering and suggested items on the menu to our individual requests. The food was presented so well and each dish from the starters to the mains were so incredibly tasty and cooked to perfection. I will definitely be visiting again to try out more from their menu.

I booked for myself and some family members as part of my birthday celebrations and we were not disappointed. The staff are really lovely and so attentive and professional. We had a range of starters and mains as there was 18 of us in our group. We all thoroughly enjoyed our food and drink as I knew we would. This restaurant is consistently good and I look forward to my next visit there. All the food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Thank you for making my birthday lunch so memorable.
