2.5/10Found hair in food. We ordered spicy food but they gave mild food. Waiter or manager slapping costomer and shouting at it. When we complain about food they told it is what it is. And waiter working there was under some influence (smoking ).

10/10The staff took every care to make our party enjoyable. Nothing was too much trouble. Great etiquette every time they supported us through our this 40yh birthday party. Thank you guys for making it a great memory for life.

Parking was an issue it was not straight forward as stimulated in online. The food was horrible , I ordered Mitton and chicken briyani was full of bones. The customer service was extremely poor, I was eating and in the middle of eating I and my daughter were told to move from the table and go seat somewhere else. They needed the table for other guest. I said no because we are eating a spicy food and in the middle of eating. lastly the food was bland and all I can taste was pepper and bones. Even my 9 years daughter said mum I don't want to come back again because we were been rushed put of the place.

5/10Nothing exclusive. Fairly average fare. Feels slightly amateur-ish when it comes to service and ambience. Menu prices of a few items on The Fork App are less. The restaurant charges more. There is a service charge of 12.5% so effective discount is less than 10%. The Fork MUST clarify the service charge. Btw one Kingfisher pint is £7! (No discount on Drinks). Best to avoid it.

4/10The food was very spicy and when asked we were told that we should have asked for less spicy. Generally at all places, the person taking orders asks for the spice level. Dosa was not crispy at all and didn't taste good.

Must try and must visit. Glad that we stumbled upon this delicious Hyderabadi restaurant with great breakfast options and very good non vegetarian options from Telugu states. Everything we tried was delicious and its pocket friendly too, much better than many of its similar size competitors. We tried Kodi Vedpudu, Bheja fry ( best of the lot ) , Mutton Handi biryani & Gajar ka halwa.

9.5/10I invited a colleague for lunch and we both liked the restaurant. We were allowed to choose our seats and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The mango lasse was delicious and so was the food. We would recommend the Namasthe to our friends

2.5/10the discount was not offered. and also they kept on asking if we were done which felt like they wanted us to leave as quick as we can. it felt like a fast food place where sit eat and leave. wouldn't recommend if you want to spend nice time with family.

3/10We ordered Some drinks, Prawn chilli, Lamb pepper fry, Mutton Biryani, Garlic Naan and Chicken Tandoori wings. The food was good but the wings were not cooked. When asked the waiter to take it back she apologised and asked the chef to cook again and brought back, and still it was uncooked, we informed her again but this time asked her for container for take away, we took the chicken home and had to Air fry cos there was no point to communicate back and forth. Also We had booked the table via fork, which was with 20% discount. At the restaurant they provided the bill without any discount. When informed they provided only 15% discount cos our bill was £60. Which is not acceptable at all. In this case they should have informed when the customers book the table and not scam people. Very terrible experience from a customer who never complained before.

5/10Knowing me and my friend are heading out on a Friday evening we have booked our table before hand and reached the restaurant 5 minutes earlier,not to cause any inconvenience to the restaurant and ourselves. We reached 21:25 at the namasthe Hounslow only to know that our table was not reserved and when I asked why we haven’t been informed about the same? The response we received was to wait for 15 minutes and they will try and arrange a table for us. We were asked to seat after a 50 minutes of long waiting and attended after a 20 more minutes waiting to get the menu and To our surprise the food was quick and the taste was good we enjoyed the food. However we were not happy to pay the service charge as we feel we were not looked after as we should. Literally we had asked for water and plates which are basics. But we were told that the service charge is mandatory as we booked from fork app, as the app charge the restaurant 3£ per person. Which doesn’t make any sense to me. Terrible!!!

8/10Can't fault the food, in fact a couple of outstanding dishes. Sadly let down by the service. Booked table not ready when we arrived & it was a very wobbly table. Took quite a while for drink order to be taken. The service staff were so quietly spoken I'm not sure I heard a word they said. Final bill didn't have the 20% Fork discount taken off! (They did after I asked). All in all, a good night. Amazing food, decent wine, just needs a few tweaks with service.

+1The ambience was nice, good music too. The food itself was very well made, although quite spicy even when asked for mild. But the waiters and the owner were really nice in checking on us and guide us through the experience, we felt welcomed. Thank you

8.5/10Curries were tasty; however all roti and naan were cold. - first time this happened when eating in an indian restaurant Service was slow even there were only 3 tables occupied. Disapppointed as when the bill came the 20% discount was not applied on the ala carte menu order. Unfortunately, my husband just paid it straight away without raising the issue.
