The food was good but was cold when it arrived and there was a draft where we were sitting. I felt that the food was overpriced and we had to send the Taftoon bread back because it was burnt. The tables were too close together and the 90 mins table time was too short. Felt like they just wanted our money and for us to leave.

The food quality was rather ordinary. We were seated downstairs, which was quite cold and uncomfortable. Additionally, the lavatories were not clean and, much like the dining area, extremely cold.

Excellent food and service. Owner is incredible. The homemade ice cream was incredible and made by the owner’s mum. So good that we asked for a take away box of just the ice cream :)

The booking was for Naroon, but when we showed up we were taken to our table next door, which is Counter by Naroon. Not nearly as nice as Naroon. Starters and mains were brought almost at the same time (they offered to remove the starter when we were only half way through!) and were were sat next to the condiment store. Felt more like a cafe than a restaurant. Toilets were downstairs next to the kitchen and the grease on the tiled floor made it into a skating rink. Going to the toilet I had to make way for staff coming up stairs with the rubbish bins which were taken through the dining area to get thrown outside. The food was excellent and our waiter gave us a deduction on our bill for the service issue, but overall disappointing. It looked lovely in Naroon, but not so nice in Counter by Naroon. Perhaps Fork is to blame???

The restaurant was already busy at 4:30 p.m., but I was not surprised: the food was excellent, authentic, and unpretentious. The service was attentive, and the prices were more than reasonable (especially with the TheFork discount!). An absolute recommendation!

Most of the items are standard Iranian items. But everything is prepared impeccably. The best Mirzah Ghrasmei I have ever had. Excellent fresh bread. Koobideh was light and tasty. Mahicheh perfect. Very interesting Juje Torsch. And bastani with not just perfect flavor but amazing texture. Pleasant space. Good service. Couldn't ask for more.

The food was good overall - the kebab, ghemeh bademjan, faludeh and salad shirazi were very tasty, but the must-o-musir and salad olivieh were just okay. The place can get quite loud, so I wouldn't recommend it for a quiet evening. Service was not super attentive but fine.
